However, I'd love to see RSL and LE get their due somehow. I think they are both great.
Me too, but for the SAG awards I think as part of the ensemble is the closest they can get - they have categories for male and female actors in a drama, but no *supporting* category, so all the slots go to leads. The Golden Globes is tricky too, because they only have one supporting actor category for all of television, comedy and drama and miniseries and whatnot.
Maybe they'll at least get nominated for Emmy's someday - you generally have to be a "name" or get a whole lot of buzz for that to get on the voting shortlist, though, unfortunately.
Congrats to Hugh, and I love that 30 Rock swept everything in its categories. *love!* It's my favorite comedy on television these days.
I'm collecting high res images of the gang
here. Still adding more.

eta: dryope has got tons of pretty pictures up on
housedailyThanks for posting these pictures. Everyone looks great.
Also, I don't know how she does it but thanks to
marykir who has already posted several interviews from the Sag Awards Red Carpet
here.
Congratulations Hugh!
Well deserved win
As for the chessy eggs, I would love to try them. :D
I just did. Yum!
I also posted this in the HL thread, but maybe it's ok to post here too. :-)
Winners had to sign for their trophies backstage, but Hugh Laurie seemed a bit confused by the process after the "House" leading man won his award for male actor in a drama series. "So this just goes on my credit card, right?" he joked as he signed his name.
The only thing I found peculiar about Shatner's expression was that he had the same one on before the winner was announced as well.
House was up for a WGA award (for "Don't Ever Change" by Doris Egan and Leonard Dick). The awards were given out tonight. Not sure yet if House won or not.
ETA: Breaking Bad won for Best Drama Episodic for the pilot.
Does WGA stand for Writers' Guild Award?
Does WGA stand for Writers' Guild Award?
I think it means Writers Guild of America.
Reminder that the NAACP Image Awards are tonight (broadcast on Fox) and "House," Omar Epps and the writing team of Liz Freidman and Sara Hess are nominated.
Reminder: the NAACP Image Awards are tonight. Omar & the show are nominated, as are Sara Hess & Liz Friedman for "Lucky 13."
The show is on Fox starting at 8/7c. The
website also mentions a live web cast of the red carpet and back stage action - but doesn't say when that starts.
Jennifer was nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series at the
Women's Image Network Awards. The ceremony was last night. I have no idea if she won or not. It's pretty cool that she was nominated given how little screentime she got last year. At least she made an impression with what she had. :)
Hugh is nominated for
an A-List award in the category A-LIST ACTOR (Male), along with David Duchovny, Jon Hamm, Neil Patrick Harris, and Julian McMahon.
