Ok, how about "I want to see the music" (Half-Wit) or
"I saw music" (from "Distractions", in that infamous shower scene where HL's towel gaps for a second and we can see the he is wearing underwear under there (Not those boxer-briefs he wore he wore for Cuddy in "Skin Deep", but, yes, tighty whities!))
Or we could go with Cameron's retort "He's seeing sounds".

Oooh! I vote for "I saw music" because I clearly remember all of my friends' faces when we watched the episode together.

We'll never get the best title for this thread though, which would be if we could somehow define in 60 characters or less the face House makes as Patrick finishes his original song for him in H-W. Guh.
And holy crap: The House OS has Elvis Costello's cover of Beautiful. :shock: :D My life=complete.
And Sarah McLachlan's XTC cover is great. Love it. And yay Gomez & Massive Attack.

That is the main reason I'm buying that CD. Yes, I want Hugh singing and I must have all things House. I break down eventually and buy them, but the soundtrack gets extra priority because of that Elvis Costello song.
Oh, Declan, how can one man be so chock full of fantastic? Who is more awesome, Elvis or Hugh? I do not know.
Re titles: Both are quite good.

My faves. Gotta love House and his iPod, and SOCG=lots of great title fodder. "Who the hell chews vinyl?" is great too, and very House-ian.

I like the vinyl quote too & TC, it wouldn't surprise me if we did need to explain it - I got pissed off with the Darths last night because I (me, a lowly member) had to tell them they had a music thread & where to find it. In the f*%#*@^ forum they are supposed to be moderating. :end rant: sorry
