About Wilson's date: The spoilers for Locked-In mentioned that somebody in the show was seeing a shrink, and as soon as we found out Wilson was seeing someone involved with looking after Danny it's immediately what I thought. Just a word play on the word seeing to throw us off. I actually ended up yelling at the TV for that and trying to explain the spoiler really quickly to my sister (who couldn't get a word of my nonsense) but it ended up that wasn't it at all and I was reading too much into it.
Did anyone else do this?

Erm, since this is the spoiler-free thread, I'm guessing that no one here had read the spoilers for Locked In. They wouldn't have known about what was said and there is no point in reading spoilers after the episode.

But possibly someone who read the spoilers reads this thread?

The episode thread for Locked In might be a good place to take your question. I've only skimmed it, but I'm sure there are lots of people who read the spoilers for for the episode.

True, but you're probably going to get more response in the episode thread, as to21be pointed out. It doesn't really make sense to discuss spoilers in the spoiler free thread. At least this one was for a past episode, but spoilers for upcoming episodes are absolutely off limits here. We have a super strict spoiler policy here - it's a good idea to read it thoroughly.

... Yes, I understand what "spoiler-free" means. I brought it up because it was being talked about a few posts ahead. I figured a minor spoiler for a past episode wasn't a big deal.
Sheesh.

What fiddy is trying to say is that this isn't the thread for what you want to talk about. This thread is for people who haven't read spoilers for future episodes to speculate on future episodes. What you want to talk about is for the thread for the episode, in which you can talk about past spoilers for that episode.

I wasn't arguing. :|

We were only trying to help point you where you are likely to get the most responses to your question. No-body minds you talking about spoilers of episodes that have aired here, but what's the sense, if the people you are looking for are somewhere else?
PlayStereoPlay- 04-01-2009
Can we drop it?
Also, as far as speculation goes, we haven't heard from Rachel in a while :( I really liked that whole arc with Cuddy, and after rewatching them, I like them even more. It suits her. Do you think we'll see more of her in episodes to come?
zumi- 04-01-2009
Being quite spoiler free (I watch the previews, and I can't resist watching Hugh interviews) means having so little material to speculate, and somehow I feel like I'm missing the joy of being a fangirl... but then, you don't have to worry too much about the story development, and when you finally watch the episode, there's big WOW! So, I think I'll continue to be spoiler free for the time being...but, but, when the episode ends like the last one, I always begin to worry about Wilson, and we are close to the season finale...
I worry about Wilson because I have a feeling that RSL isn't into House so much, that what he really wants to do is the theater, and whenever any hint of Wilson being not fine, my speculation goes to that direction.
The last scene of Locked-In, Wilson's "you may end up alone" speech, may have meant that House is having some big problem, mentally or physically, from the aftereffect of the DBS, or chironic overdose of the vicodin (but then, I'm not so worried, as House is the superman!:D). I think what's most devastating for House is Wilson or Cuddy leaving his world. I have no concerete ground for this speculation, just the vague anxiety.
I hope someone convince me that what I have to worry now is the health issue of House, and not something happening to Wilson, or RSL leaving the show! (you can't rob Holmes of Watson, right?)
PlayStereoPlay, I don't think we'll see Rachel any more in this season, but I think as this tense storyline goes towards the end, we'll see some House/Cuddy moments again somewhere.
PlayStereoPlay- 04-01-2009
Yeah, I agree with your "Can't rob Holmes of Watson" theory -- for that reason, I don't think they'd get rid of Cuddy or Wilson, ever. They're always going to be there... I think.
And that really sucks D: I miss the mom!Cuddy storyline.
Namaste- 04-01-2009
I didn't think Wilson's comment on "You'll end up alone" to House was meant to foretell anything specific. It's actually a repeat of something he said during the first season, if I'm not mistaken. Something around the "Love Hurts" timeline. He's made the same line of comments repeatedly, involving Stacy and in his matchmaking involving Cuddy, trying to get House to take chances and make connections.
PlayStereoPlay- 04-01-2009
And it's not like it's impossible to read too much into Wilson's statements, like fangirls are all too anxious to do -- remember Wilson agreeing when House sarcastically asked if Amber was dying?
LightMyCandle- 04-01-2009
remember Wilson agreeing when House sarcastically asked if Amber was dying?
Well, she did. And they told AD when they brought her back that they were going to end up killing her off, so it's not crazy to believe that was deliberate foreshadowing. Having said that, I don't read much into Wilson's "You'll end up alone" statement. It was a creepy shot, but I don't think it means anything.
And since I'm here, I hate Cuddy's baby storyline and I never want to hear a word about that kid on the show again. I didn't want her to have one in the first place and it took up entirely too much time.
