From The Man Who Came to Dinner I am not only walking out on this case, Mr. Whiteside, I am leaving the nursing profession. I became a nurse because all my life, ever since I was a little girl, I was filled with the idea of serving a suffering humanity. After one month with you , Mr. Whiteside, I am going to work in a munitions factory. From now on , anything I can do to help exterminate the human race will fill me with the greatest of pleasure. If Florence Nightingale had ever nursed YOU, Mr. Whiteside, she would have married Jack the Ripper instead of founding the Red Cross! 3M is a idealistic, book-smart genius. After a few months working for House she is going to quit the job, quit medical school and go help Brennan fake cases of third-world diseases to get funding for studying profitless cures for those diseases.

BWAHAAHA! No, seriously, BWAHAHA! The great Mary Preen! 3M is an idealistic, book-smart genius. But beneath that smurfy exterior is the mind of a cold, hard killer. Gradually, the Diagnostic Department loses more patients than it saves, little knowing that 3M took a page from Chase's book and is changing the diagnoses. Thirteen actually came back but 3M murdered her and put her body in the morgue as a Jane Doe. She's planning on killing Taub because she thinks he doesn't remember her, but accidentally kills a short round nurse because the room is dark. House finds a journal she left at work, detailing her evil schemes and her determination to rule the world... I think I'd better stop there.

I am unspoiled (other than a few episode titles) but there is a possible ending that I am dreading. I don't think they will kill House in the finale but I've begun to get very worried that they will kill Wilson so that House will be alone. If this happens, I will hunt David Shore down and throw curry at him. (I would want to do much worse but I am not a) a stalker or b) crazy.)

One word for everyone dealing with that fear: Roseanne. That piece of crap finale ruined the show's potential for syndication because it sucked so hard and made watching reruns a joyless affair. No one would be stupid enough to do that again.
