Round One
* Votes in Round One are worth + + (plus 2) or - - (minus 2).
* You may vote on 10 patients a day.
* At least four (4) of those votes must be negative. Your other six (6) votes may be positive or negative.
* Round One ends when 33 patients have been eliminated and 32 remain.
