That's okay. While I acknowledge that Clooney is, in fact, very charming and handsome, I know that he would never make my top 20.

When Hugh is on their slate, I expect him to win the weekly and monthly polls. He's big enough and the fandom is organized enough for the word to get out. But I can also see how not everyone would "get it." So, when it comes to the annual poll among the monthly winners, I'm satisfied if he ends up in the top 2 or 3. (It doesn't hurt that I think he'd rather not "win" that one.) Jennifer Morrison is very pretty, but she's not particularly famous. I think for her to win a weekly and a monthly and end up #6 for the year was impressive (especially as Angelina Jolie was 4th.)

Sorry, probably doesn't even break my top 5 of most attractive Davids Well, the statue is rather impressive... And I agree P - HL and Tennant are two big enough stars globally (and I say Tennant due to his female Doctor Who fanbase) that they usually score pretty high. Unless up against someone bigger (eg: Orlando Bloom).

I don't think it is sexist. I think it is homophobic (and am writing.) Even if you don't see the House/Wilson relationship as sexual or potentially sexual, their relationship is love. Stacy left while House was in rehab after she authorized the surgery he did not want. Wilson and House are still best friends even after Tritter.
