It wouldn't have worked for me as a skirt either. It's flowing out too much at the bottom and for me that only works if it's a dress/skirt that goes all the way down to the ground.

Mariska is stunning. That dress looks great on her. I love that the E! people cut directly to Teri Hatcher wearing a similarly colored dress. It's nice and she looks lovely, but Mariska is owning the yellow tonight.
