I'm guessing it had nothing to do with the Near Death Experience or the pain meds. He obviously got wind of Wilson and Brad's shenannigans, and the ILU was the first glimpse of BJH. He has competition now. The wives never stood a chance, but House better act quick now that Wilson has other dangles to oggle!
