Nightdog Barks- 09-02-2008

I really didn't get the impression that it was that serious of a DDX -- I'm trying to remember everything I can about the clip. House was on his cell phone, Wilson was getting out of the car. House still on the phone, Wilson either talking to the State Trooper or getting frisked. House says something like "Come on, you think if Wilson was really getting arrested I'd still be doing a differential?" House STILL on the phone, watching as Wilson is cuffed. House says something like "Or if Wilson was getting handcuffed over the hood of his car?" Wilson getting handcuffed, staring at House through the windshield, looking somehow both exasperated and glaring at House at the same time.

Ah, well still waiting on the promo here in CA. 13's in the midst of trying to decide whether or not to stick the needle in the guy's chest, lol. So what the heck did Wilson do? I wonder if House somehow orchestrated the arrest? What if he knew about it before hand? Could this be his devious plan?

Taiga- 09-02-2008

I was wondering that too! But wouldn't the devious plan be what puts them in the car together in the first place? I'm looking forward to this "iconic moment" Doris Egan is talking about. And despite DS saying that House and Cuddy get it on, she's still talking about seeing House end up alone. Hmm.

Taiga- 09-02-2008

In her interview, posted in the media thread. The part about House ending up alone was NOT a spoiler, just her talking about how she sees the character as a fan.

Even if House and Cuddy were a relationship that the show wanted to go out on it's unlikely that something significant would be happening so far in advance of what is purportedly the last season, #7. I can't believe we would be watching 2 1/2 - 3 years of House/Cuddy. So even if DE is wrong and House does wind up with somebody it isn't likely to be Cuddy. If that sounds like a pitch for H/W, why yes, yes it is. Subtle ain't I?

I too, don't believe we'll be watching 2 1/2 seasons of House and Cuddy together but that doesn't mean he won't end up with her (though, I truly believe he'll end up alone) shows hook up their OTP then break them up for a while and put them back together at the very end all the time. Luke and Lorelai or Ross and Rachel off the top of my head. I'm looking forward to this "iconic moment" Doris Egan is talking about. Me too. If House and Wilson are on the roadtrip when Wilson gets arrested, then Cuddy can't bail him out, or at least she can't get to them. House will have to bail him out, oh, it's just so beautifully ironic.

Luke and Lorelai or Ross and Rachel off the top of my head. Shoot me now! Really blow the top of my head clean off. I'd rather Stacy came back. shows hook up their OTP then break them up for a while and put them back together at the very end all the time. OTOH, you mean like they are doing with House and Wilson now? I can't help myself. :D

Boffle- 09-02-2008

Wow, that was so much spoilery stuff I didn't want to know, but I couldn't help myself. It looked like a bunch of episodes all jumbled up to me. Fabulous.

First and foremost undying love and gratitude to marykir for the promo. Wilson is exceedingly calm during his arrest. Although quite peeved at House. It could be a set up by House. But I don't think it is the actual devious plan because I see no reason why this would make Wilson want to do anything but to continue to stay as far away from House as possible even if it means staying in jail. But it doesn't seem like the thing that would spark his freak out later on. This is either on the way to or the way back from the funeral, since Wilson is in his suit sans jacket and it's daylight, I'm guessing on the way to. They don't appear to be speeding when the cop signals for them to pull over, maybe they ran a stop sign or something. BTW, This looks to be the scene that was being shot when the candid location photos were taken. Now we know why a cop car was so close by. BTW, Cuddy looks like Mrs Wiggins in that outfit she has on in the cafeteria. Also interesting that they kept RSL out of the cast shots like they were trying to convince the casual viewer he might actually not be on the show anymore.

LightMyCandle- 09-02-2008

Once again I can only view the screencaps (I don't know what I did to my computer to make it hate me so) but Cuddy's outfit in the cafeteria is hideous and while I'm on the subject, PI is pretty ugly too, I don't remember MW being especially unattractive before but now? Yeesh, the man looks like a bum. Cameron's hair has moved from messy bun to messy ponytail. Good for her. Wilson looks totally hot getting frisked by that cop. I must know why he's being arrested.

DOB1234- 09-02-2008

Speaking of hair, there sure doesn't seem to be as much on House's head as there used to be.

LMC, I couldn't agree with you more about the PI. I thought he was so ugly on SVU, which I love, that I stopped watching the show during his segment. He just totally turned me off. But I'm definitely going to enjoy watching him watch Wilson for House. And yes, yes, and moar yes, Wilson is totally hot leaning over the hood of the car being handcuffed from behind by the cop and glaring at House. Uh is this before or after they make up, can't really tell cause you know House is being the lovable ass he is and Wilson is in his adorable pissy mode. The other thing that tickled me to no end was when the PI complemented Cuddy's shoes and House says you're really like her legs. House told the PI admiring her shoes was gay. Wasn't House admiring Wilson's shoes and his frame in Fidelity? And I loved Amber but 13 may steal my heart with her love scene with the patient.

Well, with it cut short, there's not as much they can do to hide that bald spot of his. I actually, kinda oddly like it...for some strange, sick reason.
