You're right, they never out right say no to any ship. Not even H/W, they really do want to keep all the fans there while they most likely give us nothing on the show but keep saying crap like this outside the show. It seems kind of unusual for David/Katie to be so blantantly obvious about House/Cuddy storylines. Makes me wonder if that's not some big red herring. Then again, last season was full of all sorts of clunky anvils so maybe they've just lost their ability to be subtle.
