DS could also mean that there's no icky closet sex etc on screen!! I could see them as being still together, but there's only the odd minor reference to it now & again in passing.

Wilson resorts to desperate measures and hits House where he knows it will hurt.
The only way this could make me happy is...wait for it...is if it's in the bedroom with a paddle.
Sorry.
I seriously hope that Wilson doesn't try to withhold House's Vicodin. I thought TPTB had put that behind them.

I doubt it. I don't see how the Vicodin's relevant to the situation. I'm thinking he'll go for the ego.
On the Chameron thing, I think that's just a crappy thing to do to the Chameron shippers. Having them hook up in the finale to have them come back broken up at the start of the new season? It better not just be because they broke up IRL.
I'm not all that worried about it bringing up HAM at the moment though, what with all the new chicks in House's life, Huddy, and of course House in Wilson's hotel room.
Did that article say one keeper was OW? I freaking knew it. He went on and on about his stupid survivor crap and the whole time I was thinking, if that's true why do I get this horrible feeling you've already picked OW as a regular.

Yeah, that's what the article said. Number 13, enigmatic and House can't figure her out.

...rough sex? *she suggested hopefully* (And I'm not even a H/W shipper! I just don't want more damned fighting and Vicodin withdrawal!)

Withholding sex...

*slaps herself* Of course, why didn't we think of this sooner?

Withholding sex...
LOL, that was the first thing I thought of. Good to know I'm not the only one that adds up House+Wilson in a sentence together = sex related ;)
Seriously though () It won't be an angsty thing, probably just one of Wilson's little manipulations that will convince House to embark on the survivor cruise.
Re:Chamron breakup: that whole pair up was predictable and bland IMO, and it damaged Chase's character for me. OTOH, it took care of the HAM and that's what matters. HL said he's against it but I'm still scarred from the half wit kiss, so I don't know what to think. Bahh.

...would be great (because of the sex, not because of the witholding, obviously!) but could also be refusing to cook for House... not moving in with him... not helping him on his case (inc. B&E)... hell, it could even mean going on a date with someone else (we *know* that hurts House)
/end pessimism mode
On the other hand it could just mean more Wilson in the opening ep and tons of lovely new H/W moments. Popcorn, anyone? :)

It will really suck if they got Chase/Cameron together and then broke them up over the summer. What was the point of the whole It's Tuesday thing if we don't even get to see it play out now that they're together. I swear, I think TPTB have no respect for the fans of Chase, Cameron, or Foreman. That's not related just to ships, but to the idea that they can take those characters storylines and tie them up in tidy little bows off screen and expect us to happily accept it.
Ranee- 09-07-2007
if Olivia Wilde is Cameron Redux & there's no Chameron ongoing, does that mean we're going to get Chase plus 13 at some point?
OTOH, it took care of the HAM and that's what matters.
Got to have a sense of the priorities  though if we're really getting Huddy at least the Cameron Lite isn't going down the road of repeating the HAM I hope.
If we're not seeing CCF til whenever, do folks think we'll get new credit sequences? Or will they not because it will overset the CCF loyalists & they want to reassure the audience that the old kids are still around?

New credit sequences will only upset fans of CC&F(sounds like a lawfirm lol) imo. I don't see what good that will do if CC&F are still part of the show.

I'm hoping this as well. You know DS seems to love this type of woman so much maybe he'll have them hook up with each other. A girl can dream can't she? I swear JM's new hair will be the only way to tell them apart.

I agree. This whole thing seems to be pretty disrespectful of the Duckling fans. It's like they think the only thing Cam fans want is HAM and the rest nobody cares about.

Ton of Wilson & ton of Cuddy, I hope. The idea of House & Wilson going on a B&E together is really fun, plus I'm interested in what's the angle since the patient is a patient at least in part because a building fell on her - & it just dawned on me that that smoke puff from one of the promos is the cheap way to have a building fall down.
Since Cuddy does apparently manage to get House to see the patient eventually despite that it looks like he's not going to in that fox clip, I wonder how she manages that.
You know who Olivia Wilde reminds me of, more than JMO, I just realized - a young Sela Ward.

I think it's pretty clear that there are five candidates and, really, only three of them are in the running: Olivia, Kal Penn and Peter Jacobson. They didn't accidentally cast three well known faces. It wouldn't really surprise me if all of them stayed in some capacity, even if it was just in recurring roles. It also wouldn't surprise me to find that he wound up with just one or even none of them by midseason in spite of what they say their plans are. I don't think he's really giving anything away by calling her a keeper because a couple of episodes in we'll see who he's giving a shot to, not necessarily who is going to be coming on board permanently.
As for OW, I can see a little pilot Cameron in her, but I don't see Sela at all. What's really bugging me is that even though I knew her prior to "The Black Donnellys", when she showed up on that it suddenly struck me that she really reminds me of someone. Someone that I cannot remember for the life of me. I guess it'll come back to me when she shows up on "House". Fortunately, I do know it wasn't someone I hate, so that's good.

Their names won't be removed from the credits when they're not onscreen...especially when we're fairly certain that they *are* going to be around. It's the rare case where people appear and disappear in the credits at random points. JM, JS and OE are series regulars and will continue to be. The only time the credits would change would be if they added the new regulars to the beginning and even that's not a definite given that plenty of series regulars have had post-title credits. It all depends on their technical status, what the show can actually give them and what their agents negotiate for them.
