Could this come into play with Wilson's patient that doesn't take finding out that he was misdiagnosed very well? Violently, perhaps? How dare you get my hopes up like that? But, yeah, I thought about that, I posted in the episode thread how I felt the blood type conversation seemed weird to me, it wouldn't shock me if it came up again, but then it also wouldn't shock me if it didn't. And yes, I'm pretty sure Wilson's patient plot is next week.

So, this means that House can't give blood to Wilson, right? Oh, teh angst!

So, next episode, Cameron is there and Chase seems to be too (in the surgery). Can we start a bet? "How many seconds will they have?" I bet Cameron's screentime will increase a little... since House seems to come and talk to her.

So, that's clearly CTB who's getting fired, right? I guess we already knew, but you can clearly see her hair. Or is this yet another ploy on the spoilerfront?

This is probably wrong -- I was really tired last night when I saw the promo, but it looked like House was overly concerned in the surgery scene -- HL's face is really expressive and it sort of struck me. Now...this morning... (still working on lack of sleep), I checked out the screencaps and wondered -- is it possible that is Wilson in surgery? Something about the nose and eyebrows of the patient look familiar. Then, the next scene is House looking stressed as he oversees the surgery. I'm probably way off base, but I need someone to tell me I'm wrong so I won't be thinking Hurt!Wilson or even (gasp!) Dead!Wilson.

To me, the patient looks more like a woman (then again Wilson is pretty!), but I do agree House seems upset. In the last cap his eyes look very red. edited because I remembered they say: we're losing him

I don't think the patient looks like Wilson (the nose is too small, IMO), but House definitely looks upset about something.

Unlurking for a second .. I don't think the patient looks like Wilson (the nose is too small, IMO) I went and rechecked the caps and the vid and, unfortunately, its definitely the patient. The bruised/scraped skin on his upper left cheek is in the same place, and what looks like "dark" eyebrows in the surgery scene (the patient's are blonde) is the gash he's got on top of them, its just at an odd angle. :(

The screencaps are as always wonderful (thank you Marykir,as always).I am so happy to see House looking so concerned.His obsession with his patients has been mostly absent this season.I,of course speculated that this is part of a plan for the character along with what I see as increased mobility and less pain. I love that House seems to be keeping score on the whiteboard.It doesn't look good for CTB.I think that when it comes to the final elimination,it has to be about doctoring rather than the other reasons House has been firing people. Did House find the cigarettes before or after the patient was on oxygen? I think it's the same patient,but I can't tell.

I noticed Cameron getting bitten while it appears House is walking away in the background, unfortunately when he notices she's being bitten he'll have to help her, won't he? Crap. Is it the same patient though, it really looks like the same patient, and if that's the case will this be more towards the beginning? The guy shows up in the ER, attacks Cam so House takes him as a patient? I'm really ticked that we didn't get any info. on Wilson's patient.
