Help! I know I saw the casting call notice for the ballerina, and I swear I read somewhere the name of the girl who was cast in the part. Anyone know who it is or where I can find the info? I searched the spoilers only thread, but couldn't find it. Thanks much!

I'm a House/Wilson shipper and I definitely don't think of Blake as a H/W writer, although he sometimes includes really awesome H/W scenes. The only writer I think of as a House/Wilson writer is Doris Egan. I would add Pamela Davis as a distant second. For me, I always draw a distinction between loving the episode and loving the Wilson and H/W scenes. My favorite episodes always have DE as the writer or one of the writers, i.e. Birthmarks, TSC, DEC. In addition to Hess, David Shore is definitely not one of my favorite writers. Although I think the group of writers who wrote HH/WH, which included Shore and Egan did an awesome job. I am relieved DS is not the primary writer for the S5 finale. I always associate him with the No Reason HAM. And I believe Cameron was in WH very briefly - no dialogue. We see her sitting with Wilson. Aside from wanting to see House and Wilson come to terms with how Amber's death has impacted their feelings for each and their relationship, I hope they will address the serious management and ethical issues at PPTH.

I searched the spoilers only thread, but couldn't find it. Thanks much! Was it Jamie Tisdale? She's in Episode 5.23 playing a character named Penelope Bloom. Yes, it is. I just checked and found it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_House_episodes

As someone who once fainted and conked myself out on a bathtub I do worry sometimes when House falls over, but apparently according to DS and KJ Hugh likes to flop around to make it all dramatic.

*It would remove Wilson as House's support system without going to the rift well again (if Wilson had to be in an isolation room for a period of time in 22, it'd make it harder for House to come talk to him about what's going on), creating an opportunity for House and Cuddy to come closer together, if only, er, briefly. *But wouldn't remove him from the action too long, as Cuddy's probably not going to be very available to House for support immediately post-sex, so dramatically speaking Wilson would be needed back. That part doesn't work if Wilson is at the bachelor party. I don't think he would be out drinking if he was about to go in isolation or just got out of isolation. Unless, of course the bachelor party is in House's mind, in which case it's totally possible. I would prefer that if they must remove Wilson for an episode or two (I really can't imagine him being absent in DE's finale, even in The Right Stuff, he still had a few scenes) they did not go the rift route again. Really, anything would be better than seeing them fight again. Still, I'm leaning toward the diet being about trying to help House by giving him a mystery to solve. You have a good point about Wilson needing to be available for House post Huddy sex. I also don't think of Peter Blake as a H/W writer. I think a lot of the time he is a very fun writer and I usually like his episodes, but I hated Joy to the World. One of the worst ever, IMO. I hate the way Sara Hess writes the women, one of them is always being abusive or just acting irrational and just plain nuts. However, she usually has a good amount of Wilson in her episodes so I can't hate her that much.

It's fun to see House get excited about the possibility of Cuddy's jealousy of Cameron. Wh-what! And then blocking the door open with an agitated hand. The viewers have seen the depth of Cuddy's unwilling jealousy over House when she blindly stumbled away from the sight of House with another woman in LTEC. To see Cuddy in this preview try to keep a straight face while he accuses her of jealousy and then see her be silent perhaps because she feels she can't just shut House down in his speculation as she usually would because of his current mental fragility. Good stuff.

Ariadne- 04-11-2009

Why does Cuddy have to get jealous in order for her to start a relationship with House that she's wanted for years? Why can't she be a smart, confident woman of 40 who knows what she wants and goes for it? (That's a rhetorical question.) When Cameron got her crush in season 1, many people said it should be Cuddy because she's a mature woman and doesn't act like a schoolgirl. Wilson telling her to jump him is not enough, now Chase has to point out to Cuddy that she may have a rival and so she interrupts House when he's seeing a clinic patient (!) to ask him if Cameron loves him because she can't even wait till he's finished with a patient? House has always acted like he's 8 years old but why do Stacy and now Cuddy have to go down to his level when they're being shipped with him. It feels like a high school dance where the girl's friends are all pushing her to dance with the boy she really likes but can't ask out. It will be good for House's ego to have Cuddy jealous over him since it's probably going to be a blow when he finds out Cameron is over him as he's been counting on her adoration since season 1. For me, I always draw a distinction between loving the episode and loving the Wilson and H/W scenes. I think that applies to many of us wrt our favourite characters. Beyond watching the episode once, I watch for the characters I care about. That's why I think it's such a mistake on Shore's part to think that only House and Thirteen matter and to ignore it when the audience calls out for more of some characters (Wilson, Cameron, Chase, even Kutner) and for others to be dropped or back-burnered(Thirteen). There was a scene of Cameron with Wilson in WH but it got cut, I presume by KJ the director because she felt House, Cuddy and Thirteen's stories were more important. (I suspect David Foster was responsible for it as he seems to be the only writer left who remembers a character called Cameron.) Too bad for me, because while I cognitively know that it was a good episode and RSL and AD were amazing, I don't feel the inclination to watch it again.

(reads Kristen's spoiler, starts banging head on keyboard) No. No. No. No. No.

swatkat- 04-11-2009

I'll not believe a word Kristin says until I see the show for myself. 'Offering support' is not the same as 'in looooove with House'. The promomonkeys and spoiler-people do love to drum up some shipper hype.

angelcat2865- 04-11-2009

(reads Kristen's spoiler, starts banging head on keyboard) No. No. No. No. No. I would not worry too much about it. She is probably just offering her support to House the way she did for Wilson after Amber died

Ariadne- 04-11-2009

The Kristin spoiler is Kristin's maternity leave replacement looking at the promo clips and seeing the surface and trying to stir up excitement. IMO, the Cuddy/Chase, House/Cameron and Cuddy/House clips all shouted Huddy! Huddy! Huddy! to me. The House/Wilson one said "House is going to have a break-down."

Lully- 04-11-2009

She is probably just offering her support to House the way she did for Wilson after Amber died That’s what I believe too, but it seems others (Chase and Cuddy!) won’t be so inclined to see her good intentions. I honestly hope that Cam smashes their idiotic behavior. Interrupting a consult? God! The torture will never end? For now, I’ll join Taiga *bangs head against the wall*

vitawash99- 04-11-2009

I agree with Ariadne. That's less an actual spoiler than just some minion who saw the same spoiler clips we did summarizing and extrapolating from them. (What to call the minions? Wrongdettes?) I've really disliked several of Sara Hess' episodes (Spin and Sleeping Dogs Lie in particular), but she also wrote one of my favorites, Act Your Age, and Finding Judas, which I also liked despite its flaws. I seem to recall her tweeting about a very crowded table read - wonder if it was this one?

LightMyCandle- 04-11-2009

I've really disliked several of Sara Hess' episodes (Spin and Sleeping Dogs Lie in particular), but she also wrote one of my favorites, Act Your Act Your Age is one of my favorite episodes. I love it, I love everything about it, except Cam playing the PDH card. I also really liked Sleeping Dogs Lie, but I feel that I'm in the minority on that one. As I said, I don't like the way she writes the women but she usually has a Wilson plot of some kind, and to me, that's worth sitting through crazy, abusive women. The Kristin spoiler doesn't really bother me, I still don't think they're revisiting HAM and it's already painfully obvious from the clips that Cuddy's acting like a jealous teenager.
