Does anyone know: does the POTW already have a child or is she pregnant? I'm confused. :) I haven't been able to figure that out. Part of me thinks she is a foster kid or something. Have we confirmed that there are parents of this child? If she is pregnant, that would be very convenient. If she's pregnant, and either the mother or the girl decide to "give" the baby to Cuddy, it could be another repeat of "Joy" where the baby's mother changes her mind when the time comes.

How weird is the fact House doesn't seem to care about diagnosing the patient in the second clip? House is a force of nature when he's yet to find the answer, I wonder what made him so despondent . But, yes, in that clip, he's an even less happy camper than usual.

But I hope that it is not more of the same, Huddy or the baby, and is a real true surprise. Hopefully involving Wilson. But TPTB have been disapointing me so much this season (like in Last Resort), I imagine while it may be a real surprise I do expect to be disapointed again.

I'm thinking House goes all mushy and somehow makes the Cuddy baby happen (foster/adopted). Thereby likely extinguishing any chance he has with her because she'll be all about baby. He wants her to be happy. Maybe it's the culmination of the bet he has with Wilson. Wilson doesn't think House can be nice genuinely...but House does want others to get their dream, we've seen that time and time again. Cuddy's dream is a baby.

He wants her to be happy. I can only half-agree with that. I think it's likely that House will have some role in helping Cuddy get this kid, but I think his motivations aren't that simple. I think that, because Cuddy is important to him, he'd want her to be happy, at least content, but I also think that now that he's been faced with the possibility of entering a relationship with Cuddy (or, at least Cuddy's made it relatively clear that she'd be willing), helping Cuddy get a baby would be a safe way for him to back away and not open himself up to a personal risk. House doesn't think he--he alone, just him being himself--can make anyone else happy, and getting into relationships with anyone would just bring that to the forefront and cause a relationship collapse, etc., etc., so in helping Cuddy get a kid, he would be able to avoid all of that. If Cuddy has a baby, House could safely walk away unscathed and not have to face the risk of ruining another relationship for himself. I think that if House is instrumental in helping Cuddy with this, it would be more about himself than Cuddy. And I think that would be appropriate. It might seem contradictory, given that House was so adamant to keep Cuddy away from a baby in "Joy", but now that the situation is a little different, I think it makes sense. So while I think he'd want her to be happy, I think this would be more about him staying at a more safe distance and not entering too-shaky territory where he can ruin things, like he knows he does.

Thirteen and House make out. 2. Thirteen discovers she's pregnant. 3. Thirteen learns she's actually not sick. 4. Cuddy gets Thirteen's baby. 5. Wilson gets married to Thirteen. :p

Hi I'm new here! LMAO that was funny Reckless. One thing that is bothering me about this 'Cuddy is getting a baby' spoiler is that Cuddy made it very clear in "Joy" that she was not going through that again. 4 Episodes have aired since "Joy" with NO word about a baby or Cuddy changing her mind again. For her to get a baby tonight would be a bit out of the blue for me. I know it's 99.9% sure that she will get that baby tonight.. but still..
