Maybe Foreman has to come crawling back because he does something SO bad that his treatment privileges get suspended for a certain amount of time and the only thing he can do is teach. There has to be something major to make Foreman come back to House. It's not like there aren't a thousand hospitals that need a neurologist.

I'm guessing that the 'surprise they can't wait to see developed' or whatever has to do with the thing mentioned at the beginning of the review - about how the PotW gets House's name since the reviewer makes a big deal about it. Although I have no idea what this could be.

i wonder if the surprise has any relationship to the reveal at the end (according to the review) as to how the woman got House's name in the first place. Curiouser and curiouser.

My first fear is that the surprise is about Cameron. I'm assuming that "getting their flirtatious relationship back" comes at the end of the ep. so I'm more terrified about it being about Cameron than Thirteen. But like others have said, it's DE so hopefully it's not about either girl. Oh, forget it, I'm scared now. He doesn't have to have a lot of screen time, I just want quality screen time. Exactly. Quality is more important than quantity. Comparing "Family" and "Top Secret" to something like "Resignation" proves that to me. Sure, Wilson was in Family way more than Resignation but his time in Resignation was much more important.

Well, Willowbrook at TWoP, who posted the original spoilers for the first two episodes, said that we find out at the end of the episode that Cameron is the one who gave the PotW House's name. That could "come up again and again," given that she's in the ER. However, this scenario doesn't sound "very interesting" or "something we can't wait to see develop" unless the reviewers at IGN are huge Cameron fans. On the other hand, it would explain why JM seemed so excited for the way her character is developing.

Seriously, even if she didn't tick me off everytime she opens her whiny, slef-righteous mouth, she'd just put me to sleep. She's soooooo boring, and if this is indeed the surprise, I don't even get how that's shocking. Any ideas? Because it completely seems like something Cameron would do, so what's the deal? :yawn:
