To be shallow, I really like Foreman's coat. House's varsity letter jacket? Not so much.
ITA. Foreman has some very nice coats - he looked really good at the end of Needle in a Haystack (I think?) in a v. pretty camel coat.

I'm in the itty-bitty Foreman Fan Committee, too. I get a total contact high from the awesome way the Wardrobe dept. styles him. His winter styles rock hard (and I :heart: his hats).

Not quite sure about the varsity jacket. The long coats? Smokin'! As far as the break, I am fairly sure that would be for the ALCS and NLCS games.

I agree. Normally, I think House looks hot in any jacket but that one just does not work for him. There has to be a reason for it, why on earth is he wearing that thing?

Srsly though: patient/House hallucination (don't see flame!cane anywhere, but it could be offscreen); House lost a bet (to Cuddy?), House has just come back from a trip to the 50's with Doctor Who; House's thigh muscle grew back again and he's pulling a Billy Madison so he can play varsity lacrosse.
