People Don't Change: What You Want for Season 5 NO SPOILERS Feel free to post your wish lists for Season 5 and remember, NO SPOILERS!

ok, i'm going to go against the general view here but for Season 5 all i want is House/Cameron sex!
There i said it out loud......*goes and hides back in the corner*
Namaste- 05-27-2008
I want the new episodes to begin within days of "Wilson's Heart," showing the recovery -- both emotional (Wilson and House) and physical (House) -- from the events of the two-parter, and I want a long and intense recovery of their friendship, not just a few scenes in one episode.
cindylouwho- 05-27-2008
I just want House and Wilson to hug. :)
Nightdog Barks- 05-27-2008
What Namaste said, plus a revisit to the subject of Wilson's Long-Lost Brother, perhaps having a storyline in which Wilson and/or House initiates a real search for him in order to help Wilson's own healing.

You're allowed to want it -- just as others are allowed to hope you don't get it. :D (And you're not alone. Even though it's a fairly quiet group within the community, we do have House/Cameron fans.)
David Shore has a history of exploring aspects subject that interest him and then dropping it, leaving lots of loose ends to frustrate us. The worst example for me involved the shooting -- why did he do it? other than wanting the blood-stained carpet, what impact did it have on House? etc.
I want them to fully explore the aftermath of Amber's death. I want to see Wilson's recovery. I want to know if House feels guilt. I want to know if Wilson blames him. I want to see them rebuild their friendship, not just have them suddenly hanging out again. I hope the fact that they went straight from S4 into S5 will mean that he didn't have time to lose interest in these topics.
On a casting note, I want Thirteen to go off and do things that will interest her in the years she has remaining until she develops Huntington's. I really wouldn't mind if she took Taub with her. (I know that Omar Epps is going to be with the show for the entire run, so it's a waste of time to wish that he'd leave -- maybe he can come down with a disease that strikes him mute for 3 years.)

YES YES YES to what Namaste and Nightdog said. All of it. I want to see the recovery process for once, dammit. The emotional and physical process that we were utterly denied after House got shot and the rebuilding of friendship that we mostly were denied after Tritter.
I want to see how Thirteen/Hadley deals with her diagnosis, but I don't want that to be the central focus; Shore himself has admitted that House's friendship with Wilson is the heart of the show.
I want to know more about Wilson's family, his history, his missing brother.

Well, since I strongly assume that the House/Wilson relationship will be explored in the first few episodes to come, I won't list it. Other things I'd love to see generally are:
1. More emotions,
2. More emotions,
3. More emotions,
4. Deeper exploration of Cuddy's relationship to House,
5. Intimate relationship between House and another woman (if at all possible, not a hooker) - and of course have that relationship go horribly wrong.

I want what most of you want. I want S5 to start within a week after S4, (I kind of want to see the funeral) and I want serious time given to Wilson's recovery and House's recovery. I want them to hug, and none of that one-sided crap that House usually gets, I want a mutual hug between them. I also want to see LLB mentioned, he doesn't have to show up, but either House or Wilson could try to find him, Wilson in an effort to reconnect with someone else and House in a gesture of friendship.
And I DO NOT want Wilson to move back into the hotel. He can stay at Amber's, he can move in with House, he can get his own place, he can move in with Cuddy for all I care, but I did not sit through two years of him existing in that limbo state just to have him return to it a few episodes later.

I've wanted this for a long time as well. I think it would be very interesting to see House try to get into a real relationship. And since it's a foregone conclusion that it will go bad, I'd rather see it with a new character rather than stain (and possibly ruin) the two other likely female characters, i.e. Cuddy or Cameron.

I want :
1 Chase and Cameron to brake up and one of them to start dating 13. I don't care wich one.
2 LLB to show up alive, healthy and not homeless. Poor Wilson needs to have something good happening to him this season.
3 Stephen Fry to make a guest appearence
Is that too much to ask? :)

Me too. Well, it's not all I want but it would be some nice icing on the cake.
I want more of Chase and Cameron, period. And less to none of 13 and Taub.

Amen to all of that.
I want House to get laid. And at this point, I almost don't even care who, but he needs to get some - especially after three near death experiences in one abbreviated season (but I guess I do care who, cause please Jebus, not 13).
As far as House trying to have a real relationship and having it fail, I'd love to see that too. I would be interested if they could bring back Mira Sorvino's character as the one he tries to have a relationship with.
Regarding Stephen Fry's guest appearance, I know I'm in the minority, but it's one of my fondest wishes/hopes too. At this point though, I almost wish they'd say it's never going to happen so I'll forget about it because I feel like TPTB periodically tease those who want it (Shore I think brought it up in an interview not too long ago) like they do with the various ships. I know how extremely busy Stephen Fry is, but it's the same excuses every time it's brought up: Stephen finding time in his schedule and trying to decide what kind of character he should play. Somehow TPTB at Bones didn't have either of these problems, and yeah I know Stephen didn't have a history with Boreanz like he does with Hugh so that makes deciding on the character more difficult, but I feel like either do it, or say sorry it's not going to happen. Cause I think I first heard the possibility of him doing a guest apperance sometime during season 2.

I'm just going to say it, I didn't like Cate that much. I had the same problem with her as I do with any other woman who "gets House." She just sat around with this annoyingly smug smile on her face and an, "I got you all figured out" attitude. I know she was a pyschiatrist, so I give her more of a pass than most, but she was too much of a Mary Sue for me. She was fine for an ep. but I never want to see her again.
As for guest stars, frankly, I'd rather see Emma Thompson than Stephen Fry. Don't get me wrong, I love Stephen Fry, I just don't think he would fit in the Houseverse without somehow taking me out of the Houseverse...if that makes any sense.

:P  I totally agree.
