Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've been squeeing for the last week and a half, "House kissed Cuddy!" Sure, she reached up, but it was House moving into her personal space. However, if anyone needs me to go back and check... repeatedly.... I'm happy to volunteer. :D

I've only watched it 4 times so far -- but all that's all in the last 2 days. I'm pretty sure House kissed Cuddy.
He stepped forward and leaned down. Yes, when his mouth was a couple of inches from hers, she reached up but at that point the only way he wasn't going to kiss her was if she ducked. (And she's not stupid enough to do that.)

They can spin it however they want but House was the one that entered Cuddy's personal space, bent down and kissed Cuddy. And his arm was wrapped tightly around her. For her part, Cuddy was into it as much as House was. I just hope this isn't all we get from a physical standpoint. I'm drooling and wanting more.

This is one of the funniest things I've seen in ages. Brilliant and on-target as well. Kudos to the author.

Oh and Taiga you're right. House steps forward, we see her face change as she looks in his eyes and moves closer. Maybe there was an unspoken moment of question, is this ok? assent and he took her in his arms and she took his face in her hands. Fox should watch their own show.

Hmm,I see,thanks. I'm also unspoiled, but I can't wait for more info on Huddy. I feel like a fangirl. And that's not good. I'm afraid of going to the spoiler thread and being spoiled about other things though. I guess I will have to wait until next week like everyone else..

It was perfect for these two. The way the whole thing played out was understandable but sad--but the kiss was everything it should have been at that point in time.

Today was a big turning point in the Huddy "arc" imo. While I haven't been too keen on the will-they-won't-they stuff that has been dragged out for faaaar too long this season, I'm very interested in what's going to happen to the Huddy now.
I posted this in the "Softer Side" thread, but I thought I'd post it here too...
Other people may have interpreted House's final line differently... But I interpreted the "This is the only me you're getting" line as a final "quit trying to change me" or "quit expecting me to be different". To me, House was referring to the entire Huddy "arc" as a whole. Cuddy has been playing games with him, been dismayed at his lack of romance (re: the boob grab), tried to get him involved in Rachel's life, etc. And as a result she has (on countless occasions) been left disappointed. House has finally said: "This is what you get. If you still want me, come after me. If not, then don't bother". And now he has left the ball in Cuddy's court.
I've been very underwhelmed with everything that's happened between them since the kiss, so I honestly hope this episode means the end of their silly cat-and-mouse and the start (or end?) of something more meaty between House and Cuddy. *crosses fingers*
