Thirding "And Baby Makes Four". It's excellent, very well written. I've been looking for a fic for a while. It's got a lot to do with the Shroedinger's cat paradox and I can't, for the life of me, remember what it's called. It's H/W and has an OC who Cuddy makes do House's paper work in it, too.
