Category: House/Wilson friendship; h/c, angst Rating: PG-13 for language Summary: House gets a wake up call regarding the long-term effects of his Vicodin dependence, Wilson struggles with a debilitating medical condition of his own, and in the process both men gain new insight about themselves, each other and their "stupid, screwed-up friendship." In this chapt - Chase & Foreman go on a B&E, House & Cuddy talk & Chase makes a diagnosis.<=spoiler. And drabbles from namaste By The Numbers Gen, PG13, the NKOTB consider House's electrocution. Yet another post-97 Seconds fic, by Ellixian. Something Worse is an interesting look at how things might go if Cuddy really has hit her limit. The author's summary says "This isn't just anger, though... It's something else, something more." The ending is a classic House-trying-to-make-up moment, and I mean that in the best possible way.

This is an interesting look at Wilson. Five times Wilson gave House an alibi (and one time he didn't) During, pre-& post-SofaCG, House & Wilson, with a nice reference to Stacy. R-ish.

Namaste has a very nice "97 Seconds" post-ep that deals with the reactions of House's five remaining fellowship candidates: By The Numbers. This is done in drabble form -- Namaste is a master of those -- and each is a little gem.

Postcards From Ruritania - Chapter Twelve by aenissesthai I'm so excited to see an update I know others will be too! This is the awesome story where fic!Chase and canon!Chase have switched places. In this chapter, Chase and Foreman have a more serious conversation. Foreman's characterization is done perfectly.

Seconding the rec for Postcards. It's always a thrill to see a new chaper from Aenisses. Not so much fun as the last few updates, but she is a pro at the emotional, dramatic aspects as well. Great stuff!
