Here's an older story, by Kass Rachel, who does amazing things in a short space of words. Most of her stories are ficlet-length, but each one packs a punch. One of my favourites is Touch, House/Wilson, probably strong R or light NC-17. PWP, perhaps, but the voices are good and I love House's desire in this one.

Here be an interesting House and Cameron story. What Sheep said is true: the fic is sad, but that's not what brought tears to my eyes. It's the entire last section, a scene of such stunning beauty in which every single word is truly le bon mot...and my words are complete fail at describing. Here are some pathetic attempts: Imagery.
