Speak of the devil... Corgigirl's written a heartbreaking House/Stacy, post-infarction fic, entitled Red. Who knew a story about a crock pot could bring tears to one's eyes? Also seconding the five birthdays. Ellixian uses beautiful language.

For those wanting sick House and worried, angsty Wilson check out the new story from Brandy71, Action Replay. It's her second story and she's done a good job with it.

I read the synopsis of this one and was wary to even read it, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. Acid Walls by Spike'sSavior Chase, House, & Wilson wind up investigating a school that was burned many years prior. Chase can see dead people. And Demons. And it's actually really, really cool because it's so different from anything else I've read in House fiction. Just give it a chance before dismissing it.

bettina_elvina has a new one, and I think it's wonderful: We Three Kings. It's a Wilson background story, though it switches from his childhood to the present day. Summary: In a seemingly prosperous family, there were three kings: the one who conquered, the one who fell, and the one who abandoned the throne. In Boston, Massachusetts, the year is 1974. It’s the time of birth of the final son and the beginning of a damaged legacy.

Second We Three Kings - very compelling and touching. DrS, while I was reading I couldn't stop thinking about your Wilson's family theory. It fits! :)

I know, I just commented to her! I have no idea if she reads here but it was such uncanny timing what with the discussion going on in the Wilson thread. I loved it. In fact, I just "bid" on Bettina for the RSL Birthday Drive because I want a meta or a DVD commentary or something for that fic, so she can elaborate on her theories about Wilson's family.

hannahrorlove has a cute, sexy little sequel to one of my favorite fics of hers (Fight Down Height) - Heart Thrown Open. Both are delightful, but best read in order. <3
