Very engrossing and a very interesting premise: "Surgery is a dangerous thing by itself, but if a patient is lying about something, then the consequences can be devastating. Unfortunately, everybody lies--even House." H/W gen. It's told in a unique format - dialogue only between House and Wilson, who are speaking American Sign Language. The latest chapter, chapter 11 is up.

There have been some great short pieces posted in connection with the LiveJournal House/Cuddy Drabble-A-Thon: Swatkat24’s One Up is 400 words of hot, hilarious, sparkling banter. Shutterbug_12 has a wrenching, oh-so plausible meeting between House and Cuddy set post “97 Seconds”: Threshold. 365 words. Ellixian has First Light, a simply gorgeous take on the prompt “dawn.” 247 words, and every one of them is pure gold. And, not in the Drabble-A-Thon, but here's a rec for genagirl’s third story in a series about Wilson losing his sight. This one is from Julie’s point of view, and nobody writes a better Julie or, for that matter, a better House when he’s being caustic and defensive: Seeing the Light.

Shutterbug-12 has a fantastic and surprisingly sweet (considering the subject matter) fic featuring last night's clinic patient (the prostitute) and House: To Give.

Reccing Part 1 of a really nice Chase/Cameron piece by enigma731, All I Ever Wanted. Also features some really good Foreman, and House/Cameron friendship. The story jumps forward in time to the newbies' departure, which causes Cameron to look sharply at the life she's built for herself.

I don't like it when OC fics portray Stacy as an uber-bitch, and I agree that the OC is a bit of a Mary Sue. But the writing is really good, so I'm sticking with it for now!
