*tilts head* Bowel movement as a central plot in a fic....that's...wow, and I thought I'd seen it all.
And it's good! Non-sensational, non-gratuitous, appropriately dramatic.
Seconding the rec, obviously, for Ticcy's
Turn Off the Night
Yes. Turn Off The Night is a brutal, unflinching read -- it's a difficult thing, and I have to strongly third the rec. It's excellent.
I'm still trying to get my head around the idea of a bowel movement fic. I started reading it too, but got distracted by my kitty.
Turn Off the Night has a sequel
Close Your Weary Eyes
Both outstanding fics.

It's from Wilson POV. Rating Mature.
*adds whatever number we're at now to rec for Turn Off the Night and Close Your Weary Eyes*
Yes, it centres around a bowel movement (and as I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome I found it extremely realistic) but it's much more about the H/W relationship than it is about poo.
And I haven't read anything of Ticcy's that I haven't liked. I love her realism.
Two more of hers that I love:
The Art of Proctology http://cryptictac.livejournal.com/173159.html
Channel Surfing http://cryptictac.livejournal.com/150381.html which is an antidote to all the 'perfect sex' fics out there (not that there's anything wrong with those :D)
Ticcy's enema story is proof that you can take any subject and make it moving.
I'm sorry. I had too.
It's OK, Sheep. Somebody needed to say it.
JenButterfly has a new fic called Fish Out of Water.

spoilerish summary:
Chase has some kind of head injury and amnesia and before anyone groans about "fan fic cliches," I'm sure she will make it work beautifully.
I heart you extra_cat *hugtackles and smothers with hugs because she's in a very hugging mood*
And I promise you that it isn't cliche!!
ETA: Because a billion things went wrong while trying to fix one word in this.
I have the utmost faith that it won't be! I think you're the first writer I ever "favorited"! :)
pwcorgigirl has written crack! Read her Walter Mitty story here: http://pwcorgigirl.livejournal.com/130177.html#cutid1 Spoiler comment for the story: Love that Wilson is a rabbit, I always associated that character with Harvey the invisible eight-foot-tall white rabbit in the Jimmy Stewart movie of the same name.
I'm to late, was going to recce Pwcorgigirl's latest story but Taiga beat me to it so I'll strongly second instead. Had me laughing at the descriptions almost from the beginning.
Thank you! And Taiga gets points for catching the influence on Wilson's appearance. Wilson's an old movie buff, so it just fit him.
Was reading this again this morning and realized how much I liked it the first time so for those of you who missed it the earlier
Down a Dark Hole. It's a two parter by
Genagirl House & Foreman in a dark place, but ultimately House Wilson friendship but definitely with slash glasses.
