Okay, I'll start. I can't decide if House giving the gun back in Last Resort is my biggest WTF moment or my biggest suspension of disbelief (or both.) But the moment House walks into Wilson's office behind Cuddy is my biggest tear jerker. Possibly my biggest tear jerker ever.

Another good suspension of disbelief -- Foreman, who's never done anything for anyone unless it benefited him personally, suddenly deciding to risk his career in order to give Thirteen a drug. And he didn't even know if the drug works. (Big Baby)) Another good guest was the Lime in the Coconut hooker (Let Them Eat Cake.)

For best HetYay, I'd go with the Chase/Cameron wedding rather than the proposal. They both looked so gorgeous and happy. Radiant. :D Best HoYay: "I'm not gay." "Neither am I. You don't want to have sex, that's fine with me." from "Not Cancer" Second nom for HoYay, also from "Not Cancer": House's quote that goes something like, "What did Wilson mean to me? Sure, he was sunshine on a rainy day, and made me see colors I'd never known..."

can anyone do this? If so: Best Patient - Andie in Autopsy. Best Guest Star - John Larroquette in Son of a Coma Guy. I’m biased, because I love him. Biggest STFU Moment: When Chase was hounding House in Human Error, about Foreman and said “he’s not stupid...he’s not going to forget the last three years and how much he hates you” OR when House told Cuddy she’d suck as a mother in Finding Judas. Best HoYay - a line, a scene or even a look When Wilson tells Foreman that House’s behavior towards Cate is his version of courtship and he says “oh my God. He’s been wooing me for years.” When House says “do you think we should try counseling first” when Wilson asks if he’s being kicked out. Best HetYay - a line, a scene or even a look When House is searching Cuddy’s underwear drawer and tells Chase there are pictures of him in there and he asks if House is kidding and House says “yeah”. Best line: Is a toss up between Foreman’s “well I am black, but he was closer” in Paternity, his “let me ring up one of the homies” in Cane and Able. OR Wilson’s “that’s my name. Don’t wear it out” in Top Secret, in response to House’s “mister I had no friends growing up, so all I did is watch television, which is why I can now make constant pop culture references which no-one understands but me.” Funniest line or moment When House said "by the power of greyskull" and then set the dead guy on fire in A House Divided. When Taub and Kutner's dead patient came to life and they clung to each other for support in Let Them Eat Cake. Biggest WTF moment. Have to agree with House giving the gun back to the guy in Last Resort. Because in real life, he would have faced criminal charges. Second would be sticking the thermometer in Tritter in Fools For Love. I shook my head at the time, because I knew that nothing good could come of it. Moment requiring biggest suspension of disbelief (medical or otherwise) House being able to ride a scooter in You Don't Want To Know. House being able to run to the patient's room in Forever. House being able to walk, despite missing thigh muscle, just because the pain had gone away -both in The Softer Side and Meaning. In One Day One Room, that the psychiatrist was stupid enough to leave a patient alone long enough to swallow an entire bottle of pills. If she had just "turned her head" then the patient would still be alert and upright and not yet suffering any ill effects. Biggest Tear Jerker: The scene in 97 Seconds where House tries to decide about sticking the knife in the light socket. The scene in Babies & Bathwater where Chase is trying to save the mother and the baby that was just delivered via c-section (while ridiculously large for 29 weeks gestation) is alone on the exam table and starts crying. Pretty much all of the Head/Heart episodes. But the scene that did me in was when they showed, from Amber’s POV, everyone saying goodbye. And for some reason, the ending when Taub jumps into bed with his wife just kills me every time. Best Use of Music House playing Baba O’Riley when Vogler walks in -think it was Control. The Montage in Informed Consent, where Ezra is laying in his bed, shivering -song was my Mazzy Star. Can’t remember the title. I think it's called "Today"

Oooh, tough choices here. Many "WTF Moments" and "Suspension of Disbelief" incidences to chose from. Hmm... Biggest "WTF Moment" would probably have to be Cuddy stealing the baby, I just cannot for the life of me think of a rational explanation for her actions. Far fetched is an understatement. "Suspension of Disbelief", pretty much everything that involved Thirteen, her Huntington's and the Drug Trial. From Foreman treating her, to him breaking the "double blind", to her getting a tumor and it magically disappearing within the episode, and to now being completely normal and symptom free. Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful after more than a half of a season of Thirteen M.D. they decided to drop her storyline and stick her in the background, but come on, that's it? Suddenly you're perfectly fine? Best HoYay: "Stop it Dr. Wilson! it's not funny anymore." (Here Kitty) Best HetYay: Even though the sexual tension was all in House's Head and Cuddy was indeed hostile, the interaction between House and Cuddy throughout all of Both Sides Now was the best of the season Best Use of Music: I'd have to say Unfaithful, Cuddy's Serenade is just too beautiful to be denied Biggest STFU Moment: Cameron and the sperm, I'm sorry, but just springing that on Chase out of the blue and in such an awkward fashion, cringe worthy. Sorry for doing these out of order :P

For Best Use of Music ... two nominations (both featuring HL, hmmm) "Cuddy's Seranade" at the end of "Unfaithful" and the piano/harmonica/montage/Amber appearance at the end of "Saviors." Best patient: Mos Def in "Locked In." WTF moment: House giving the gun back in "Desperate Measures" and the end of "Both Sides Now" when we learn how far House's delusions ha gone. (And in this case, WTF is definitely in the good way.) Best Guest Star: Carl Reiner or Anne Dudek. (depending on whether Amber qualifies as "guest.") Funniest line or moment: all of the fake patient fakeout with the hooker in "Let Them Eat Cake," from "Lime in the Coconuts" to bringing her back to life and the reactions of Taub and Kutner.
