H/W for me. Friendship or slash, I love it all. It's the deepest relationship on the show, IMO, and I just can't imagine House ever loving any other character that deeply on the show (not counting Stacy, of course.) I can't imagine him loving some characters at all, *coughCameroncough* I mostly read H/W fics, but I will read the occasional H/Cu or C/C fic. I'm also pretty sure I've read fics with every Wilson pairing imaginable, except Stacy, because that's just plain wrong. I have read H/Cam before only to try and see where the appeal is, but it usually just turns me off to the pairing even more so I try to steer clear of it. The ones I have read usually have Wilson in a big part of it, so I can get through it easier. I agree that some things are best left to fanfic. For example, I've read plenty of fics where House has a child that I've enjoyed but seeing House as a father is the second to last thing I ever want to see on the show, the last being House with Cameron because that pairing will never cease to puzzle me.

I'm House-Wilson, so I voted that way. But what about my secondary ship, House-Stacy? That deserves a spot in the poll.

Well I am a Cutter Carrier fan myself..oh wait you said not that type of ship. Fanfic I am a H/W friendship Fan and maybe a good sprinkling of House/Cuddy On the show I am a House/Cuddy fan but I don't really think House should be with any of the Fab Five

House/Wilson in whatever form! I don't expect any sort of tradicional romance between them on the show - that's why I read only H/W in fanfiction, with very, very few exceptions - but their relationship is the only I can see being longterm - dysfunctional as it is.

Personally I am a hameron. I feel a little bit awkward about it though since I am the 2nd person here only to admit it :oops: But I like House/Wilson too.

I also differentiate between fanfic and the show. While I enjoy House/Wilson in fanfiction, on the show it's only House/Wilson friendship for me. And besides that I ship House/Cuddy, but as somebody already said certainly not in a "happily ever after" way.

There’s never been or ever will be anything but the good ship House & Wilson for me. I didn’t start out with that intention, havng never shipped many TV couples and never a same sex one before. I initially tuned in for Hugh, was surprised that RSL was on, I stayed for Wilson and succumbed to the delight of every exchange the two of them have. Now no matter what path the relationship winds up on as long as there is a preponderance of focus on H/W I’ll be watching.

I really do not like to ship but I do love H/W but only think of them as friends, I do like House/Cuddy. House Cameron I could gag for a year and then some :evil:

Goodness, in fics I'll read almost anything. I guess in this poll, multi-shippers, pan-shippers, whatever the label is, are out of luck. But for ships I'd like to see happen on the show, my answer would have to be none whatsoever. House/His sad, lonely existence, maybe. Or House/Vicodin. House/House. Something like that. So that was my vote, because I'm assuming we're talking "ships-that-you-would-like-to-see-in-canon". (Although, my favorite pairing IS, without any question, canon anyway. House/Stacy, woot!) But as far as "fanon", I prefer House/Stacy, then House/Cuddy, then House/Wilson (in that order, I think) but love anything that's written well. ...I hope that made sense.

I'm a loud and proud House/Cuddy shipper. I think they have a relationship that harkens back to some of the great "snarks" of our age. :) In fact, the snark is so good, I'm almost scared to see what would happen to it if their sexual tension became requited. (But no one heard me say that, right?) I have a very healthy respect for House/Stacy, and somewhat wish that we could have seen more of it. I understand why the writers couldn't have had House happy for very long -- where's the fun in that -- but I think the fic writers would have it much easier if we were to see more of what "romantic!House" looks like. Since joining this board, I have found the House/Wilson in the deep, deep, deep, deep crevices of my soul. When House & Cuddy are sufficiently wrapped up, with no hope of revival, then I'll consider switching ships. But not until then.
