It’s Very Ancient Rome: Wilson/Foreman
Does anyone ship this pair? I don't, but I can't deny that a one night stand between them might be...er...interesting. Also, poor Foreman always seems to get left out of the Naval battles.

I've written some Wilson/Foreman, but only as the weaker angle of a Foreman/House/Wilson triangle. I wonder what would bring them together, if it wasn't House? ETA: Well, there's always the long-lost brother angle, of course.

I do! I do! I do! *Calms down* Honestly, as pretty as Chase is, I ship Wilson/Foreman before either of them with Chase. I love every scene between them. Maybe that's why I can't really hate Foreman, he at least seems to respect Wilson. I don't know why but I've always gotten the impression that both Wilson and House like Foreman better than the other ducklings. Is that just me? Anyway, Wilson/Foreman rox my sox.

No, I get that impression, too, LMC. Foreman's the fave duckling. I just can't see this happening but it's kind of hot. Just beyond the realm of possibility.

Oh my gawd guys! I was looking through a transcript for an S1 episode when I came across Foreman's line about a professor of his at Columbia. Wilson and Foreman are both alumni of Columbia!

I must admit that I never thought about W/Foreman and I only notice this thread today! :shock: But they do have nice scenes together specially in Histories, TB or not TB and Resignation. I've always gotten the impression that both Wilson and House like Foreman better than the other ducklings. I don't think Wilson has a favorite duckling. I guess he tolerates all three of them because they are important to House. But I do think that Foreman is the one Wilson respects most, at least until the end of Human Error.

There was a very awesome Wilson/Foreman fanvideo on youtube but it got taken down. :( I think, although I haven't done the tally, that Foreman is the person on the show Wilson has touched the most. There was the "how to tell your patient she's dying" scene of course, and then he's given Wilson one or two friendly shoulder claps. Which is kind of odd, given how Wilson's not a shoulder clap kind of guy.

This is certainly a wacky pairing, but within the general twistedness of the show, I can see it somehow: Foreman thinks he is like House; House agrees, saying Foreman has been like him since he was seven years old; Wilson loves House, therefore transitively-like, Wilson loves Foreman. Also, House seems to be highly intrigued by Foreman, more than by the other fellows. He cares for Foreman's opinions, listens to his objections, teases him harder, calls him on his shortcomings and hypocrisies, and most obviously did not want him to quit twice (DNR and HE). So Wilson is quite naturally intrigued by Foreman as well. Foreman respects Wilson more than the other fellows seem to, consults his medical views, and is most interested in how Wilson manages his friendship with House. Is this the basis for true love? I doubt it, but the possibilities for true friendship are there. And I would say that both men seriously need friends who are not named Greg House.

I agree. I think that the potential to be friends has been there. I think it's very clear that Foreman respects Wilson. It's the main reason why I can't hate Foreman. I love all their scenes together, I thought the "telling her she's going to die" scene was very powerful, I loved the look on Foreman's face. I hope we get more scenes with them this season, because I would really miss them if they were gone. There was a very awesome Wilson/Foreman fanvideo on youtube but it got taken down I know :cry: .
