is he a mad scientist or a narcissist? Or both? A creepy combination of Warren and Andrew? Well, maybe not Andrew.

fffaw- 02-17-2009

Topher is a total creep, IMHO. I think he's going to get his comeuppance at some point.

For those people who watched "Angel," sad news. Andy Hallett has died . I feel the need to sing karaoke just thinking of Lorne just now. I will survive, right?

sautomne- 03-30-2009

What?! OMG! He was so young! I love Lorne. :eyes:

fffaw- 03-30-2009

Oh crap. That's horrible. So young. I remember he had to be hospitalized a few years back for his heart. This is just so sad. I loved him.

BSG won best program at the Television Critics Association Awards. Yeah I'm still oh so bitter about the Emmys. It makes it really hard to take the Emmy's seriously.

Today is the 50th anniversary of The Twilight Zone! Let's serve man everyone!

radiosweetheart- 10-02-2009

Don't forget all of the important life lessons we learned from the Twilight Zone. Here are 6

Ahhh. That article makes me so nostalgic. I remember spending the weekends at my dad's house as a kid and watching that together. We both love creepy movies too. I think that Tales from the Darkside was on right afterward (anyone remember the Carol Kane episode? "Snip snip!") And then there was another show that I can't quite remember. Amazing Stories maybe? And then Ripley's Believe Or Not. Good time, man, good times.

radiosweetheart- 10-02-2009

If you have Netflix at your disposal-Season 1 of the Twilight Zone and several Amazing Stories (one of my dad's faves) for watch instantly. Not sure about Outer Limits, I know the newer series is on there. I'm hoping to have a mini-Twilight Zone marathon this weekend.

amysusanne- 10-02-2009

Oh, man. Thanks for the heads up that they're streaming "Amazing Stories". I know what I'm doing for the rest of the night. I also had no idea that the TZ series from the 80s was on DVD now. That's going in the queue.

Thought I would point out to anyone who might have missed it, but the UK version of "Life on Mars" released a few months ago on Region 1. Just got my copy of the season 1 set shipped from Amazon.

fffaw- 12-09-2009

I believe that they've also released Season 2 recently.

fffaw- 12-11-2009

Speaking of, some interesting news about Life on Mars UK/Ashes to Ashes.

radiosweetheart- 12-11-2009

That excites me. I'll finally get around to watching A2A, now. I've been meaning to since day 1, but now I simply MUST!
