United Hollywood has posted a letter from the WGA presidents with the deal summary

I"m heading to the West Coast meeting in a few hours. I'll take the "tempature" of the room and let you know what I think is gonna happen next. What I do know is that if the strike is called off and the House writers return to work early next week, it's not like their starting up from scratch trying to come up with stories for the new season. Since they probably have outlines and first drafts of scripts ready to go, so I think they could probably start shooing as soon as the third week in February. But what do I know.

The strike is so over! Official vote tomorrow but contract looks good.
