HouseWhore, do you have ANY idea how hard it is to not shorten your user name to "Whore" as a nickname? He sang God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen in It's a Wonderful Lie, something from The Student Prince when he came back to the office after sleeping with Stacy in Need to Know and something in Deception when he gave Foreman the faked test results. Check Play House -- there's a link in "I'm Looking for a Distraction: Links for House" in the cafeteria. They keep track of all the music on the show. LMAO Poeia! What can I say :P I would welcome you to it, but I have a feeling just being called "whore" could come back and bite me somehow... You can try HW4, seems to work, it's what I used on my twitter account Thanks for that! I used a list that someone collaborated on another board, but they must have left a few things out. Were all those of him singing did you say?

Poeia- 04-14-2009

Yes, those are all vocals, mostly snippets. And I eta'd the Bach in Skin Deep into my last post.

The song he was singing in Deception was "Ain't s/he(?) Sweet". He was playing piano when Wilson came over with evidence of the shrunken tumor in House vs God, and I seem to recall reading that the song was called "What a Friend We Have In Jesus". There was some tinkering at the end of All In, too. He was going to play guitar in The Itch, but he stopped to tune it then got distracted. ETA: Socratic Method - was that the one where he was playing something else, then played a line of Happy Birthday to himself?

Poeia- 04-14-2009

The song at the end of All In was Hymn to Freedom by Oscar Peterson.

Oh, he also sang (or mumbled?) I Cain't (sic) Say No from Oklahoma! in Here Kitty. I actually laughed really hard at this (even though it was only a line as he walked into his office) because I spent two weeks listening to this song over and over while my friend was getting ready for an audition.

If I'm off, please let me know. ETA: added "Can't Say No", forgot when he sang that? During DDX? ETA 2: fixed "Georgia on My Mind" (thanks Boffle)

Boffle- 04-14-2009

Georgia on My Mind wasn't written by Ray Charles, though he did an awesome version of it. It was written by Hoagy Carmichael and Stuart Gorrell (1930).

PlayStereoPlay- 04-14-2009

I forget when, I just remember him kind of humming it when he walked into his office.

DrSpaceman- 04-21-2009

Does anyone know where I can get a clip of the last few minutes of "Saviors," House's song until the end of the episode?

PlayStereoPlay- 04-21-2009

If you give me about 10 minuites, I'll have it up on youtube. :> ETA: There you go. It's still processing at the moment, I'm not sure how long it takes until it's finished.

DrSpaceman- 04-21-2009

Ah, thank you StereoPlay! I tried to grab it but NBC Universal is super-quick, damn!
