Suleman plans to embark on a career as a "television childcare expert," and she expects that offers for media interviews and commercial sponsors will help to provide for her 14 children. Wonderful

Holy Mary Mother of G-d! She's a raging nutbar! I say that as a crazy person who doesn't throw these descriptors around casually.

fffaw- 02-10-2009

I'm predicting a visit from social services in the near future. At the very least, they need to keep a close eye on her.

Poeia- 02-10-2009

I'd expect, even if a doctor gets you to agree to do a selective reduction if there are more than 2-3 fetuses, they could force you to do it if you reneged on the agreement. But, unless she lied to the doctor about how many kids she already had, what kind of crazy doc would give fertility treatments to someone with 6 kids already. The woman is obviously mentally ill.

But, unless she lied to the doctor about how many kids she already had, what kind of crazy doc would give fertility treatments to someone with 6 kids already. My friend and I were just having this exact conversation yesterday! WTF? Boggles the mind.

She's on Dateline right now. Oh my, this is one creepy woman right here. Is baby hoarding a real disease? If it wasn't before, it should be now.

She's on Dateline right now. Oh my, this is one creepy woman right here. Is baby hoarding a real disease? If it wasn't before, it should be now. She seems like the poster mother for Swift's "A Modest Proposal."

I couldn't stomach watching her craziness, but of course, I can't wait to read about it tomorrow!

radiosweetheart- 02-10-2009

It would be SO much better if I wasn't watching this, but I just can't look away. I really, really want to, but it's just such a train wreck. I'm going to make a concentrated effort to stop by the next commercial break. This is not something I should, in good conscience, be watching. OMG-she considers not using all of the embryos to be disposing of a life?!? Holllleeeeee shit!

DOB1234- 02-10-2009

OMG-she considers not using all of the embryos to be disposing of a life?!? Holllleeeeee shit! AFAIK, all right-to-lifers feel the same way, or at least a lot of them. There have already been court battles over un-used embryos, who 'owns' them, can they simply be disposed of, etc. But let me add that I don't think this woman is a right-to-lifer. I think she's just a garden variety nutjob. And do you know who will pay for this? Well me for one, of course, as a California tax payer. :x

OMG. The batshit Octomom has put up a website and it has a paypal link so that you can help support her kids. Not my problem, lady.

radiosweetheart- 02-11-2009

Oh those poor, poor babies. They're so tiny and their mama is so, so crazy. There's not even a mention of the 6 older kids, what the hell? Aren't they marketable enough? Either no one's left a comment yet or the comments are screened. Pity, I'd be curious what people have to say to her. I imagine Michelle Duggar has some kind words of support.

fffaw- 02-11-2009

I'm sure the comments are screened. I'm sure she doesn't want to hear what some people have to say - might burst that rose colored bubble she's living in. That said, I don't think much could burst the bubble at this point - she's getting exactly what she wanted: attention (and babies).

Oh those poor, poor babies. They're so tiny and their mama is so, so crazy. There's not even a mention of the 6 older kids, what the hell? Aren't they marketable enough? The LATimes had a story up noting that three of her older kids are already received social security for disabilities (but doesn't say what those disabilities are). And there's another report out that she may have had plastic surgery to look more like Angelina Jolie.

galaxygirl- 02-11-2009

I believe one of the older kids is autistic.
