How, exactaly, would one decorate brownies?
well, there is the plain chocolate one, with chocolate icing covering the brownie and chocolate icing swirls on top. Turtle brownies can be done with both white icing and chocolate icing covering it, put pecans on top, chocolate icing swirls and caramel swirls on top of that. Oreo topping, which rocks my world, is an Oreo fluff which we spread over the brownies and top them with Oreo bits. We also have Mint creme icing which goes on top of the brownies with chocolate icing swirls and the last one is chocolate icing, white icing and chocolate icing swirls and a maschino cherry in the middle of the brownie. I love my job lol.
