Posted on this thread in November that college business was getting in the way. Funny enough, I actually applied to House's, Wilson's, and Cuddy's schools (Johns Hopkins, McGill, and Michigan). Wilson's in particular was awesome. I've been accepted to my top choice, so I should actually be posting again.

Oh congrats too Chai! That's awesome, and all are fine schools (and I'm partial to Ann Arbor - had I gone on for my MMus it was in my top three; plus it was a gorgeous campus).

All the same, I'm happy to be out of the cold--I was offered a full ride at USC, so that's my pick. I'm frankly just happy for the whole process to be over. Now *rubs hands together* to read that autopsy report on the DDx board!

Thanks! The whatever-it-was was actually my bum leg and it has been fixed by hammering in a brand new hip. I'm now recovering (slowly) and enjoying the fact I'm not in pain 24/7 anymore :D !

So, starting tomorrow morning, la mia famiglia e io are driving to Colorado for a vacation to conclude on or about July 2. I may have internet access, but I'm not holding my breath. Actually, I really don't care because I can't wait to get out of this killer South Texas heat!
