New to this forum and to H/W shipping. I had always enjoyed the H/W dynamic, and their scenes together were often my favorite scenes of any given episode . . . but in 97 Seconds when House said ILU, and I went "aaaaawwwww" outloud? That was when I realized that H/W would make a much better couple than H/AnyoneElse! Don't get me wrong, I had noticed the hoyay subtext before, it's not like I don't have eyes, but to me that had always been just a fun little extra thrown in by the actors. But after the ILU, and Wilson's beautifully-played reaction to it??? *sniff* I just don't think that anyone else can Love House the way Wilson does! Nor should they be allowed to! H/W or nothing, baby!!!
Which is sorta sad because in reality-land, while I could totally see TPTB really doing a Big Gay Wilson storyline--I don't think any major network would allow the main character in a Drama series to Come Out. A main character? Sure. But Dude After Whom Show Is Named? I doubt it. Would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to be proven wrong, but still . . . . thankfully, we have threads like this where we can bask in the H/W love! *begins basking* . . . .
