The title makes House/Wilson look way more canon then it actually is. Love it! I'm still a firm believer that That Scene is the kickoff to a Big Gay Wilson plot.

I think that the ILU bit should be discussed next episode. Like, Wilson thinks what we are all thinking, freaks out, confronts House, and House is all "Why do you care so much?" And so starts the BGW plot. Erm. Not obsessive at all.
