I also think that Cole and Kutner was supposed to be a parallel to House and Wilson's relationship. It suggest that the House and Wilson relationship was intense right from the beginning. It also shows that Kutner met a need that Cole had, i.e. babysitting his son. However, it doesn't explain what initial need Wilson had for House.I can see parallels but I would hope that those two wouldn't sell each other out as quickly as Cole sold Kutner out.
Yes her analysis is excellent. That is a great analysis, one of the best I've read and everything she says is very well supported.
I only meant the parallel in terms of the speed and intensity with which the Kutner/Cole friendship occurred. I think the two manships diverge when it comes to their respective commitment to each other.Yeah, I see what you mean. I believe that when House and Wilson "fell for each other" they fell hard and fast.
I really don't understand what they're trying to tell us other than Wilson encouraging House to take risks which he himself is unwilling to take.Maybe
LMC wrote: I think the last hold on Wilson in Human Error was important (over the summer I was afraid that it would amount to nothing) but I believe that his more relaxed demeanor this year has a part of that reflective moment and the ADsMe too. I was surprised when I noticed the continuity. I really like their relationship this year, it's like season 1 when Wilson used to read inappropriate poems in the clinic. I missed that Wilson so much! I just hope that nothing will happen to make him lost his new vivacity...
