Ahhh! RSL is probably the most fantastic person ever. That blooper real just made my day.

Jouse- 08-22-2007

Same here!! *dances* "No, it's great. I think you should do the whole scene like this" *giggles* "It's good" What a wonderful sight to wake up to :D

hwshipper- 08-22-2007

I have possibly the dumbest question ever. But that's not going to stop me asking it, even though I can barely articulate it. How do you pronounce RSL's surname? Is it more like LEH-NARD Or more like LENN-ED? (slinks away in embarrassment)

cutiepatutti65- 08-22-2007

How do you pronounce RSL's surname? Is it more like LEH-NARD Or more like LENN-ED? I pronounce it LEN-NERD. However, I do have a Southern drawl. :)

babyeinstein- 08-22-2007

That's the way they pronounced it at the TONY awards and I imagine they made sure to get it right. I love the blooper reel, but watching RSL swear in that one scene was weird. I know he was only pretending to be angry, but it was disconcerting nonetheless. We so rarely see Wilson angry, that it looks bizarre to see RSL in that way. I'd love to have him blow up at House this season. Maybe even let off a few punches or something. That actually might be kinda hot. Then they could start kissing or something. Oops... better not start down that road.

Hithah- 08-22-2007

You can hear RSL say his name here. (P.S. I'm incredibly amused that this thread was named after my little interaction with him. That really was the most hilarious thing, to have him scoff at my lunch, then return five minutes later with exactly the same thing!)

hwshipper- 08-22-2007

Ooh, the perfect way to find the answer Hithah, thank-you so much. And oh to have had an interaction with RSL. Any interaction.

I love the blooper reel, but watching RSL swear in that one scene was weird. I know he was only pretending to be angry, but it was disconcerting nonetheless. Hee, Omar looked pretty surprised too. And apparently the camera guy was also, got a little Blair Witch-y there for a moment. I'd love to have him blow up at House this season. Maybe even let off a few punches or something. That actually might be kinda hot. Then they could start kissing or something. Oops... better not start down that road. What the? *Shoves you down that road and onto the HoYay thread* In conclusion, Quizno's is yummy.

I love the blooper reel, but watching RSL swear in that one scene was weird. I know he was only pretending to be angry, but it was disconcerting nonetheless. It actually cracked me up  He wasn't angry, just a bit pissy the line came out wrong and f*cked around with it a bit. All in good fun. Hithah - I loved your report, it was hysterical :) Very RSL of him

deelaundry- 08-22-2007

That blooper - Wilson with Tourette's! Hee, hee, hee

Norah- 08-22-2007

(P.S. I'm incredibly amused that this thread was named after my little interaction with him. That really was the most hilarious thing, to have him scoff at my lunch, then return five minutes later with exactly the same thing!) That Quiznos account was one of the funniest celebrity meeting accounts I think I've ever read. And I'm glad I've been saying RSL's name the right way all this time.

Hithah- 08-22-2007

I think I've actually been saying it wrong, or at least emphasizing the wrong parts. I always say it "ROBert sean LENerd." He seems to put the most emphasis on the "Sean" part. I was speculating with a friend that this might be because Sean isn't actually part of his name; it's his brother's name. Try sticking your sibling's or friend's first name into your name instead of your middle name and it is a bit odd to say. Though you'd think RSL would be used to his own stage name by now. I don't know how else to explain the emphasis on the "Sean" part. I've never heard anyone else (fans, I mean) emphasize that part...

DIY Sheep- 08-22-2007

I just call him the pudgey dude with the newspaper who's making off with that girl's muffin. Same diff. But I thought people called him Bobby? Is it only Hugh or does Hugh just do that thing that people do when they are mad and use peoples' full names? Hugh: Robert Sean Leonard. I've told you time and time again you are not Walther Mathau! Oh oh oh - Hihtah - you must post that link to the RSL remix.

babyeinstein- 08-23-2007

Thanks for that link -- I could listen to RSL say his name all day. If it wouldn't make husband and kids wonder, I'd play that over and over and imagine different endings. "This is Robert Sean Leonard and I've made you some fruit salad," or "This is Robert Sean Leonard and I'm leaving my permanent fiancee... can I sleep on your couch?" I'm insanely enamored with his voice... I should add, since I'm confessing here, that as a reading teacher I've even had my students listen to Bridge to Terabithia in class -- not because I love the book, but just because I enjoy hearing RSL's bored, bitchy theatre voice over and over. I truly have a problem :D

LightMyCandle- 08-23-2007

"This is Robert Sean Leonard and I've made you some fruit salad," or "This is Robert Sean Leonard and I'm leaving my permanent fiancee... can I sleep on your couch?" Did you ever see that episode of The Simpsons where Lisa keeps calling the Cory hotline just to hear his voice say random things? I think we need an RSL hotline.
