Oh, that picture is so funny. He really is Felix Unger.
I would suspect he doesn't normally wear gloves while eating BBQ chicken, but they were an attempt to keep BBQ sauce off his wardrobe suit.
I remember that when Star Trek DS9 did a revisit of "The Trouble With Tribbles" -- the DS9 crew gets sucked back into the time of the original Tribble episode -- and they enhanced the scenes from the original series they discovered that Leonard Nimoy had spilled coffee at some point, and the stain can be clearly seen.

That is absolutely not true. Spock would never spill coffee on his uniform. He had actually been working on repairs to the warp core chamber after one of the dilithium crystals shattered and got some Thulian lubricating smiff on his uniform. Smiff resembles coffee.
Oh, indeed, nothing worse than a smiffy tribble!
we always knew this but now he is telling us.
RSL is in the new TV Guide issue (Oct 25-31) on "What I'm watching". RSL says "my wife and I watch L&O SVU & Criminal Intent. There's a reason these shows have been on 749 years. (749?. Why not 750? too funny). The procedurals-and the mechanisms they contain-are so rigidly set and well-greased. There's something hypnotic about them.
There is a cute Wilson picture of him that accompanies the quote.
BTW, I agree with him. My husband and I tend to watch these shows because there is a beginning, middle and end and it is always interesting.

Thank your heads about TVG :balloon:
Yeah, my and I have been watching the LOs from the beginning and still watching. They not only maintain their storytelling structure but they also maintain the integrity of their characters.
RSL lovers, brace yourself. This is so funny. I love him!!!!! Apparently this was done while they must have been prepping for epi 8. At least it looks like it. What a funny man.

I suddenly fear for what messed up puppet shows his little girl is getting (and can I get tickets to see them).
Because Lamby is supposed to be some name-dropping, chain-smoking old dude from the 70s.
I sort of assume Lamby is modeled on Jack Klugman (Quincy) cuz RSL loves that show so much.
That's definitely RSL. For one thing, look at the watch, and the hands. And it's definitely his voice and sense of humor. God, I love a man who can reference Brian Dennehy and Michael Gross!
