Oh, and I liked the suggestion that you can warn fellow posters, as in this example kindly provided by A Moderator That Isn't Darth But The Other One:
"Example:
I saw the newest promo on FOX last night. You'll want to skip this post if you're avoiding promo information.
In the latest promo, I saw Dr. House eat a monkey for supper to cure his pain. Do you think that was a dream, or are the writers smoking even more crack than we previously suspected?"
I don't know about anyone else, but I read more than a line at a time.
Besides which, doesn't it take a lot more effort to type all that carp than use spoiler bars?

Okay. I popped over to the TWoP thread and the bloopers? Look hysterical. I am eagerly awaiting the YouTube upload. :)

daisylily, is this mod a watcher of House? You could fuck with his/her mind by saying "That's a lousy example, that happened in season 2" or something.
In one post over there I included a lengthy explanation directly to Darth giving background for the show to explain why my post was on-topic. I don't think she realized she was being dissed.

OK, let's go back to the HoYay - H/W fight!sex, anyone?
galaxygirl- 08-17-2007
*fanwanking alert*
If H/W ever happens, would it be more significant if it was Wilson who makes the first move? Especially since Bonnie practically had to jump him to get some action going.

Spoken like a true mod, Jousey! ;-)
I can totally imagine those two getting in a brawl - poor Wilson is gonna snap one of these days - and it would so turn steamy. All that pent up...whatever between them. It's a pR0n waiting to happen!
407- 08-17-2007
Oh... you can't beat the fight!sex. Guh. Is there anything more hot? And I mean, if that PB&J sandwich of passive-aggressive anger is anything to go by, Wilson pents up a lot of things. Last time he left House in a puddle of his own vomit, next time maybe he'll just tackle him to the floor. This will naturally lead to the pR0n, because why wouldn't it?
On an almost related note: 2 guys just randomly started making out on a TV ad. I think it melted my brain slightly...More please!

See? Now this is what I miss about living in England. We just get homophobic Super Bowl commercials.
That said, BBC America starts showing Torchwood on September 8. I can't WAIT to see the press that's going to come from that.
I think if Wilson ever lets go of his control, House is gonna get his world rocked PLENTY.

It's nothing I'm not saying in every RL social gathering ;)
I LOVE all your above fight!sex ramblings, they make my insides flutter

Hi guys!
So I was thinking...during the past season, my HoYay interest sort of shrank. I wasn't posting much on the boards and I wasn't reading as much fanfic. I blame it on Tritter (the character, not our lovely boss ). I don't have a problem with the fact that the show got a little dark this season. I'm an angst lover. And I do think the themes they explored were interesting. I just had a problem with the overall execution. Also, Wilson's frumpy wardrobe just wasn't turning me on.
Well, I can safely say that my HoYay interest is...uh...rising. I was perusing some old posts at the other place  and I remembered a particular screencap from season two. The screencap is of the moment after Wilson asks House, "Did you Tivo The L Word?" We were trying to figure out what the look on House's face meant, and we came to the conclusion that he was thinking this:
"You won't even remember your name by the time I get through with you."

That's all it took. My boys are sexy again! Not that they ever weren't...but I am ready and waiting for some damned good HoYay this season.
I'm also off in search of some good pr0n...

I like what we have now, but with all our filthy minds, I'm surprised nobody suggested the other one!

I'm not even a Hoyayer, but this one cracks me up.
And there wouldn't be a need for a ridiculous poll as a moderator sorts through the thread names wondering what it all means. I'm thinking "I nailed his ass" would sum up the Hoyay position quite clearly.
LOL.

*smacks self* Why didn't anyone think of that? That's a great line from an incredibly affectionate scene.

If H/W ever happens, I really want House to make the first move for no other reason then I want all the evidence I can get that House cares about Wilson.
Not that we don't have evidence because I think we have a fair amount but compared to the evidence we have that Wilson cares about House, it's kind of pathetic.
Bridgididge- 08-17-2007
YEY! HOYAY! A place where we can actually discuss things! (grumble bitterly about TWoP). Sorry, but thank you to the great people who started this.
I agree Lightmycandle, I would prefer it to be House who initiates it because, we all know Wilson can't say no, so there'd be no drama!
Jouse- 08-18-2007
I actually prefer (prefer, HA, like I'd be even remotely close to complaining on any canon H/W scenario ) or think it would be more believable it would be Wilson to make the first move, for 3 reasons: A. I think Wilson, more than House, is more likely to have already picked up on his more-than-friendly liking for House.
B. To differentiate House from Wilson's past partners, all the women that (according to Bonnie) he was probably friends with until they jumped him, and it ended badly. I want H/W to start different from what Wilson is accustomed to, to minimize the chances of him falling into his destructive relationship pattern and start the race for the inevitable betrayal of doom.
and C. cuz although House is suppose to be the crazy unexpected wacky one, I feel Wilson's character, with his quiet, often unseen angsting and reflecting, is more likely to do something that will shock both House and us.

That I can believe. I've been waiting for him to snap in some way. Making a move on House would be a best case scenerio, as opposed to having a breakdown or something.
