I Always Glow: Dr. Robert Chase
Here you can talk about the pretty that IS Dr. Robert Chase.

deelaundry- 08-08-2007

Good news for Chase! Women believe feminine-looking men are better candidates for long-term love than masculine ones.

407- 08-08-2007

LOL, well ok then. He seems to want a long-term relationship, at any rate... He's far too functional for this show right now. I bet he'll end up losing an arm or something next season, just to make up for it.

Hail the Random- 08-08-2007

I don't get the reference. Explain.

galaxygirl- 08-08-2007

I don't get the reference. Explain. Xander lost his eye in the final season of Buffy.

I hope some more TWoP Chasers will find their way over here. I was wildebeest over there. This thread needs a catchy phrase like the one for the Foreman thread. Sugguestions? It's Tuesday and I Like You--the Dr. Robert Chase Thread *Works for the show being on Tuesday nights. I'm Sorry That You're Dying. I'm Going to Hug You. *Probably too long for a thread title, but is kind of funny taken in the context of the character being a doctor. Can you imagine if he said that to all the patients. LOL He's far too functional for this show right now. I bet he'll end up losing an arm or something next season, just to make up for it. This is true. My theory is that Chase will wind up in ICU for some reason based on the idea that everyone gets a medical crisis in their own field. Cameron, the Immunologist: HIV scare Foreman, the Neurologist: brain surgery Cuddy, the Endocrinologist: hormone problems/infertility House, the Nephrologist: bladder/kidney problems By that standard, Chase will wind up in critical care and Wilson will have a cancer scare before the series is over.

Welcome on board extra_cat! I've to say your idea is very intriguing... I don't know if I'd like it - Wilson+Cancer is a no-no for me - but it fits! I think "It's tuesday, I like you" is a great tittle for this thread. :)

DIY Sheep- 08-11-2007

I'd say 'it's Tuesday and I still want to shag you'. But Chase is far too much of a gentleman to say that. Hello ECat. Are you a Chasian or just an admirer of Doctor Prettyhairs.

extra_cat- 08-11-2007

Hi DIY Sheep! I'm a Chaser/Chasian. I over analyze the character and watch the show primarily for him. And while I do admire his petty hair, I'm far more interested in the character. ;) I'd still be discussing him, even if he had Foreman's hair. ;)

merlin7- 08-11-2007

wheeee...new place to talk about Chase. Hiya extra_cat.

Poeia- 08-11-2007

wildebeest, hi! I never understand having different names for different sites. My brain (and it isn't a big brain to start with) could never keep track of what I'm supposed to be called at any given time. With one exception, I'm "Poeia" everywhere unless it was taken when I registered. Anyway, I worked it out and you get 60 characters for names (including spaces). : Dr. Robert Chase uses 18 of them so there's room for 42 before the colon. If you come up with a good one, put it on the sticky thread for names over in "General House Chatter." That way you can be sure 407 will see it.

saara_zaara- 08-11-2007

:waves to merlin & extra_cat: - hi, folks, you made it over! We need a thread name (NOT "microwave pizza")! Ideas please!

extra_cat- 08-11-2007

*attacks merlin with a hug* Yes! A fellow Chaser. Okay, so what Chase topic should we delve into first? Mommy Issues? Daddy Issues? House-as-Surrogate-Daddy Issues? Doormat Issues? Or OMG! Chase is frighteningly well-adjusted now?! Lully, it just has to be a cancer scare, like Cameron had an HIV scare but nothing came of it. :) wildebeest, hi! I can't believe I stuck myself with wildebeest when I registered there. LOL

Lully- 08-11-2007

But I'll be the one scared!!! And I'm the only one who actually like Chase being well-adjusted? I don't beleive he'll be, but I always thought that if someone in PPTH could be a normal human being that one would be Chase.
