There's a video from Entertainment Tonight here - Hugh and others talking about NAMI and the 100th episode and JM talking about Hugh. Also, 19 hires pictures of Hugh at the event here. (edited cos I added 3 photos. :))

Okay, I'll be the first one to dive head first into the shallow end. That t-shirt is at least a size smaller than the ones he usually wears. And he looks a little embarrassed at being photographed. Fortunately, I'm not at all embarrassed about staring at the photos.

Fortunately, I'm not at all embarrassed about staring at the photos. Joins Poeia paddling in the shallow end  He looks edible in that black tee.......

It's the combination of the black tee and the perfect shade of blue background. Yes he does look uncomfortable standing by himself posing. At least last time he and Lisa goofed it up with their mock runway show.

Wow. What a great way to start the day.

It's the combination of the black tee and the perfect shade of blue background. And those eyes - sigh - just a lovely, lovely combo. So the Oscar noms coming out this morning got me thinking that Hugh might possibly be a presenter, with MVA coming out in March.

I'm gonna guess that if we hear "and now one of the stars of Monsters vs. Aliens" that it'll be followed by "Reese Witherspoon". I'm also gonna guess that Disney will get a lot more promotion on the awards than Dreamworks. Still, unless they decide to funny it up and use Rogen and Rudd (like they used Rogen and Hill last year),the star from MvA will be the Oscar Golden Girl and not Hugh.

Thank you euphrosyna for the pics! I love the t-shirt, I love the man! Seems like I hadn't seen his tongue pic for a while...

Poeia, I love your new avatar. I think the tshirt fits perfectly on Hugh. And I love seeing Mr T make a few entrances. There's some classic Laurie poses in these shots.

I think it fits perfectly too. It definitely shows off more Hugh (chest, shoulders, waist, arms...) than the shirts he picks for himself do. He always looks a little embarrassed in the beefcake pictures (like the ones where he's lounging on the bed in the purple t). And, if that's all a person has to offer, it gets boring fast. But when it's just a little part of the whole package, we'll all revel in it on those few occasions when he's forced to flaunt it.

For about half a second there, I thought you were referring to your new icon. Anyway, this shirt is most excellent, especially when paired with that tongue action. I wonder what Freud would have to say about Hugh's habit of sticking out his tongue on the red carpets.

I wonder what Freud would have to say about Hugh's habit of sticking out his tongue on the red carpets. When I'm nervous or self-conscious I get a dry mouth and lips. I start licking them too. Might that be the reason he does it? Either way, I think it's adorable.

Might that be the reason he does it? Either way, I think it's adorable. I think you may be right. Of course, we have no idea if he licks his lips that much when he's not on stage or in front of a camera. It could be an all-the-time habit.

He also has a very long tongue. I know it's nonsense, but I've always had the feeling that it's a little too big for his mouth, especially as it always seems to make an appearance when he's concentrating. Is it my imagination or has he completely lost his speech impediment. It was very minor to begin with. I thought that you never hear House do it because he concentrates so hard on how he's pronouncing things when he's talking American but I don't think he does it anymore as Hugh Laurie, either.
