that's so the studio address. someone either faked it or swiped it off the lot. either way, i can probably name the final high bidder in two guesses. {g}

Captanne- 08-28-2007

Poeia Captanne, it's "exercise." Thank you! :) I blame the US boarding school system for that. I also have an "i before e" issue.

It must be weird (a) getting a magazine that occasionally has full page ads featuring you and (b) having people want to purchase your (supposed) trash. Do the trade mags courier copies to the studios? That HR doesn't have a proper mailing label, and the label isn't in the same format HR uses for national subscription copies.

marykir- 08-28-2007

On Extra tonight, there was a segment about Terri Hatcher - trust me, this is relevant :) - and James Denton was talking so I slowed it down to normal speed. They said that Terri was going to sing with James' band at an Emmy event. As far as I know, the only band JD is in is Band from TV, so.... perhaps BFTV is going to play at one of the Emmy parties this year.

hugeegosorry- 08-28-2007

that would be so cool to see them play. When are the emmys? I kinda live near LA (they're in LA right or in NYC, which I dont live anywhere near) And the HR and Variety have a HL full page cover page like every 8 issues when it's not taken up by Charlie Sheen and the lameness that is his sitcom.

You seem pretty rigid in your assignment of gender roles I caught Bones by accident. Stephen was brilliant.

Hail the Random- 08-29-2007

What do you mean by accident? It's a good show! And it's on right before House is on Tuesdays, so you can just sit and watch TV for 2 hours! Heh. Someone on one of the boards dared me to post totally obvious facts about HL. Such as: HL is tall. He doesn't really have a limp. He's British.

radiosweetheart- 08-29-2007

My repeat viewing of Bones was similarly unplanned. I must say that it wasn't much of an acting stretch for our man Fry, but he was a welcome presence on my television. I particularly liked : "I would love for you to fix those steaks." It was charming. The world needs more charm. That's why I'm ending this post without speaking the rest of what I'm thinking.

Hail the Random- 08-29-2007

Yeah. He made Booth build his grill for him. Hee. Obscure question: Does anyone know how long HL's contract is set for? I heard 2008, but I have no idea if it's true or not.

LightMyCandle- 08-29-2007

As much as I love David Boreanaz, I find every other character on Bones boring and/or annoying. I just can't watch a show where I only care about one character. That said, I did watch every SF ep. and they were brilliant. He was awesome. I could gush about it all night. But once he was gone my original indifference with the show returned and I tuned out.

Jouse- 08-29-2007

 Christ Nursy, for a second there I thought SF has joined the conversation in the HL thread  I've never watched Bones. Is there anything I need to know before I watch the SF eppies? And even more on topic :P Can I just gush a bit about how wonderfully delightful J&W is? I'm watching it again now, first time since I was a kid, and I'm loving it so much.

I was going to chime in on a rather good discussion over at the other place regarding the wonderful HL-Imelda Staunton pairings in both Peter's Friends and Sense & Sensibility, but then found out that I'd been banned and thus couldn't post any more. I wanted to point out that anyone who liked watching them together should check out the ABOFAL episode on which she guest-starred -- I think it was season 4. There's a really hilarious sketch in which she keeps repeating, "Kettle's on!" that you can probably find on that video site we all know and love. Hugh only pops in for a brief bit, but Stephen is in the whole thing, and both of them interact wonderfully with Imelda. Though I loved her in Vera Drake, I don't know much about her -- does anyone know if she's part of their social set, as well? I would assume so, given all the joint projects.

RNwannabe- 08-30-2007

but then found out that I'd been banned :ban: :ban: :ban: :ban: :ban: :ban: Me, too. They take themselves WAY too seriously! I hope they don't get ulcers! And thanks for the info on HL/IS locales. I'm off to that video place, now.

Hail the Random- 08-30-2007

I've been suspended for posting at the HL thread. ABOUT HL. Either Nitika hates her job, or is on a major power trip.

RNwannabe- 08-30-2007

Just suspended, huh, HTR? I've been BAAANNNED!!!!!!! (after one warning weeks ago). I must have really put someone's tit in a wringer!! But, my dear, what were you going to share about HL?? Enquiring minds would like to know!
