A great speech yet again. And wow, everyone's looking REALLY good! The boys especially, Hugh, Jesse, and Robert, lookin' fine :P

Huh, was RSL there? That's always a bit surprising. *g* Anyone have any choice quotes from HL's speech? They're always so fun.

Where was RSL? He wasn't on stage when Hugh won.

Yaitanes tweeted that he's on set shooting with RSL right now, while everybody is off at the awards. Probably suits RSL just fine. Those asking, I'm on set with RSL shooting ep16 while the rest of the cast is at the People Choice Awards. I feel a double win in my bones.

I really really loved his speech! :) by the way, the tartan of his tie has something to do with his family? or he just wore it because he liked the pattern and the color, (or because it was a gift from Stephen? :D)

The only thing that bugs me about the broadcast is that the director cut to the rest of the cast & crew leaving their seats to come on stage just as Hugh accepted the award, so we don't get to see the actual moment of presentation. Silly director.

I was watching Monday's Cobert Report where Stephen was moving to a new set, and in the old set there was a picture of Hugh next to a picture of Bill Cosby and a woman I couldn't really see. Has there always been a picture of Hugh there? Has this been explained? Hugh hasn't ever been on Colbert, has he? It's always been there. Stephen was given an honorary doctorate and he put up pics of his favorite fellow doctors. At times, way back when, he used to make flirty comments towards the pic of House. The picture made it on to the new set, I've noticed. I don't think Rick Springfield and Bill Cosby did.

And in the intro to last night's broadcast, Colbert complained about all the squabbling over health care: "Why argue with Dr. House? You know he is always right!" I love that Stephen Colbert loves House.
