The mods have received PMs about the abundance (perhaps even the over-abundance) of posts from Twitter. If the tweet contains genuine spoilers, this is where it should be posted. But the fact that something was on Twitter doesn't mean it's a spoiler.
How to decide if a tweet is a spoiler or just a post? Ask yourself this question: Does it give ANY information about what will be happening in upcoming episodes? If your answer is no, it's not a spoiler.
For example:
<*> Katie Jacobs tweeted about the House/Cuddy romance (or lack thereof) last night - spoiler
<*> The shooting schedule - not a spoiler.
<*> A meeting with the set decorating team - not a spoiler
<*> A meeting with the set decorating team that includes details of some new or changed sets - spoiler
<*> Hugh Laurie was on the set - not a spoiler.
