The site that shall not be named has some incredibly detailed spoilers for Alone. Be forewarned that pretty much the entire episode is laid out. Here. Also be aware that this info comes from an unofficial, new source, but the quality of the spoilers and the info itself gels with everything we've heard so far. IMO, it is all legitimate.

Scans for the tvguide fall preview article can be found here There's one bit of new info I think we haven't seen at this level of detail - "House thinks his mind is playing tricks when he begins seeing his former collegues around the hospital. It turns out Cameron has been re-assigned to the ER and Chase now works in surgery." So technically he's not hallucinating, just thinks he is.

from youtube, interview with Anne Dudek, her character is "Amber Volakis" (sp?) aka the "cutthroat bitch" per House http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGHEpsKZWjY Olivia Wilde re "Thirteen" - basically nothing to say about her except she's self-possessed & a good doctor. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=butVH0x-GII Kal Penn re Lawrence Kuttner, #6 gets fired, flips his number to #9 & sneaks bck in. Gets fired again, but House eventually keeps him because he makes a diagnosis. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeizzaGe74A B roll, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EO2xh-L0wik Chase in surgery, Foreman sneaking back, 13 & Amber with a patient And for the Chasers, interview with JS on Chase's return http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaqLt5P0UXY

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUAirNBUO6Y Really funny (dry) interview with RSL about Wilson's kidnapping & ransoming activities re House's guitar. LE re bringing order to House's chaos of 40 candidates http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TJNJC7HHXU JMo re Cuddy invites her back to the ER as senior attending (me - WFT?). She's not staying forever but can get the do-gooding out of her system House thinks he sees the team in the hospital, Chase & Cameron have been hired back & Wilson starts messing with House, teases House that he's merging Chase & Cameron into a blonde Cameron. Now not working for House, more freedom to say & do what she wants - unfortunately to me that implies more nagging Cameron, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Cl_ib28lPc I'm sure there must be an OE clip on youtube somewhere, but I can't find it yet.

There's some more details about the janitor and Wilson's motivations.

Press release for ep 2 from futoncritic here HOUSE AUDITIONS POTENTIAL NEW TEAM MEMBERS AND TREATS A FEMALE ASTRONAUT WHO SEES WHAT SHE HEARS ON "HOUSE" TUESDAY, OCTOBER 2, ON FOX House has relented in regard to interviewing potential team members, but he's doing it his own way. He has called in all 40 applicants for the open spots on his team (including guest stars Olivia Wilde, Kal Penn, Peter Jacobson, Anne Dudek and Edi Gathegi), each numbered individually by runners' bibs, and puts them to the test in a Darwinian trial period. As he drills the fellows and arbitrarily fires some along the way, he is approached by a fighter pilot named Greta, a candidate for NASA's astronaut training program. Greta suffers from a neurological disorder in which she is converting visual images to sound, or hearing with her eyes. Knowing that NASA would reject any possibility of her becoming an astronaut if they knew of her problem, Greta begs House to treat her in secret. Keeping her identity private, House takes the case to his fellowship candidates and pits them against one another to come up with an accurate diagnosis. Meanwhile, House is ruffled when he thinks he sees Cameron, Chase and Foreman in the hospital hallways in "The Right Stuff" episode of HOUSE airing Tuesday, Oct. 2 (9:0010:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (HOU-402) (TV-14 D) Guest Cast: Essence Atkins as Greta; Anne Dudek as Amber; Olivia Wilde as Thirteen; Peter Jacobson as Taub; Kal Penn as Kutner; Heather Fox as Ashka; Jonathan Sadowski as Mason; Carmen Argenziano as Henry; Edi Gathegi as Cole; Jason Manuel Olazbal as O'Reilly; Andy Comeau as Brennan; Meera Simhan as Jody; Melinda Dahl as Twin 15A; Caitlin Dahl as Twin 15B; Kathryn Adams as Number 23; Larkin Campbell as Dave; Jaimarie Bjorge as Beautiful Doctor; Bobbin Bergstrom as Nurse

Old-ish spoiler we may have missed - HOUSE: Expect Dr. House to do something out of character in the season premiere: he'll actually spend time with a patient and her family! Yep, that's right. He must do this because he is now working alone. Dr. Wilson convinces House he must gather new team members. To do so, House creates a sort of Survivor-like interview process. Source: SpoilerFix.com

Ranee shared this link she got at House/Cuddy: FYI, scans of the new TV Guide interview with HL, and may I say I just dropped dead of the hotness in that main pic. http://community.livejournal.com/house_cuddy/884216.html BTW, the interviewer is Jon Canter (not SF as we hoped) & the interview is mostly about stuff other than House, so I'll cross post.

Okay, this time I'll get it right  tvguide.com here http://www.tvguide.com/tvshows/house/100213 has a short clip of Ausiello (yeah, sorry) interviewing DS & KJ on the red carpet for the Emmys re Huddy (apparently yes) and Hameron (eeeh, we're not saying no). And threesomes.

We all know the source, so the interpretation is suspect, but TV Guide has a tiny bit more info: Ausiello: I have — brace yourself — seen the first two episodes of the new season, and they are awesome. Although we all know that Cameron, Chase and Foreman will eventually wind up back at the hospital, I was shocked to find out that not a single one of them makes an appearance in Episode 1. Even more surprising, when we do see them in Episode 2, and more significantly, when House sees them, he thinks they are figments of his imagination. (And you thought you were going to miss them.) By the end of the hour, however, Cameron is revealed to be the real deal, and House, bittersweet-talker that he is, has resumed their flirtatious exchange in exactly the manner you'd expect of him. It's hysterical.

I receive a couple of exclusive spoilers about episode 4 from a very reliable source - Season 4, Episode 4: Guardian Angels The title has, as most House titles do, a double meaning. House keeps doing a Bosley/Charlie's Angels thing, calling the new fellows on the phone and being put on speaker phone. Also, the patient sees people who are dead, I guess these would qualify as guardian angels. There is, much to my dismay, very little Wilson (and my source didn't really understand the scene he was in) When House crosses the line trying to upset a new fellow, he gets punched (hee!) Cameron takes one of the new fellows under her wing and coaches him how to impress House (much like a 'guardian angel') That's all for now folks. Just remember: you heard it here first
