Is he kidding? I've never seen a show with such a bad case of amnesia.

Foreman contracted naegleria a neurological disease with a 98% fatality rate and has no ill-effects. He broke the protocol of a study and the drug company said they'll come after him if he ever attempts to participate in any future drug trials and he's the Dean of Medicine at a hospital doing drug trials.
Wilson's time-line is a disaster. He met House after Sam filed for divorce but both House and Cuddy remember how it affected him -- probably because they divorced some time after his second marriage.
Just this year House got out of jail (on what seemed to be a felony conviction) with his medical license intact and I'd probably blow up the server if I tried to list all the other times the effect of one of his actions ended when the credits rolled.
