Our local station decided we needed to know more about Keifer and a "flaw" in Halo 3. And all the people getting beaten up or disappearing in the viewing area... But that's ok. It looks like the segment is online. Since it has some post-episode 1 info, I'll put the link in the spoiler thread.

MSNBC.com has evidently started a weekly update on House called "Diagnosing House". Seems similar to what they've done on other shows.

If it's not Idol or their annual 24 set visit, our local affiliate doesn't talk about Fox programming. Even though I spent years of my life whining every Thursday night about how our NBC affiliate felt the need to try to tie in a news story to that week's episode of "ER" I'm now annoyed that WAGA never pays attention to "House". Looking at the video (no sound card on this work computer means only their pretty faces and not their pretty voices) it looks like it was more stuff taped at FOX's TCA day. It's from the same set of interviews that the stuff about the band that FOX LA aired awhile back.

Oh, hello. Just joined. So glad to find this place because I had noticed at the Other Place that all the smart, funny, cool people had simultaneously vanished. I was afraid you'd all died or --worse--lost interest in House. Silly me. Just shows how out of the loop I am. (I'm Terrafirma over There BTW). Ok, that TV Guide special on House I mentioned a couple pages back? It looks like they've changed the time (and length?) of the show. I wonder if all those clips that appeared & disappeared from youtube are going to be part of the show or its new(er) stuff? (btw, maineac, thanks for the link & IIRC that got discussed on the Awards thread after the Emmys if you're interested in the conversation).

From the fact TV Guide was asking people to submit questions, at least part of it should be new. Especially if they're taking a whole hour. I don't think they have an hour of old material, even if they reuse the entire Infanity program (again...) :)

They could be a part of it (the B-roll stuff has shown up in multiple things this week) but I don't think there's any correllation between this show and those clips being removed. And hopefully the show is made up of more than just that stuff because, aside from the fact that they wouldn't be able to fill the 20 minutes that they need, they also wouldn't actually be using those viewer questions. Assuming that these things all relate in some way. Frankly, I never know what TVG is doing these days. (eta: or, again, what marykir said re: the footage. re: the time, their site has 30 minutes listed for the new time period. i have no clue what they're doing). Anyway, wrt to the clips being removed, most likely someone clicked on the "report this" button on YT and, as a result, YT had to remove it regardless of whether Fox gave a damn or not. Because, really, I can't think of a reason why Fox would care. The clips were to be used for promotion by other people, not by Fox. Granted, that doesn't mean they should have been on YT, but I don't see where Fox gives a damn where they are once they beam them out to affiliates and press. The time change confuses me for "watch this". It looks like, at least on their page right this second, the length is still half an hour, but moving it to 9pm seems weird. The tivo is super busy on Thursday nights, so TVG best not pull any of their scheduling changes on the repeats because I'm going to have to rely on those.
