I can't believe they haven't written about it before. I cracked up that they used a photo manip as one of the illustrations. Heh.

Ron Livingston wrote a post at Deadline Hollywood speaking against "that controversial petition drive lobbying the Screen Actors Guild leadership for an earnings threshold requirement for 'qualified voting' on the union's contract issues." Many famous actors have signed the petition (though none of the House cast).

Don't know if this is where this belongs, but does anyone know anything about this contest? http://www.mynissanmuranosweepstakes.com/

I just wish they had done a longer piece rather than that blurb! OT: Man when did David Hyde Pierce get so old??

Charlie Rose's show has put all their episodes on Youtube but maddeningly all have their audio out of sync, so I recommend listening to it instead of watching it and driving yourself crazy. Anyway, the last half of this episode is devoted to the movie Tape, with director Richard Linklater and the entire three members of the cast (RSL, Ethan Hawke, and Uma Thurman). The movie seems quite interesting: on a frivolous note "Rick" Linklater and Ethan Hawke call RSL "Bob" throughout, which amuses me. (Oh Ethan Hawke, do you ever shower?) Oh and hey, I'm not saying anything but possibly if you click this you can watch the movie for free.

From a short Q&A with David Morse in next week's TV Guide:How did it feel to play the detective who stuck it to House last season? Right now it feels painful because there are so many people who hold it against me! I had worked with David Shore, who ran Hack. House frankly needed somebody to put him in his place. It was great fun.

LightMyCandle- 03-11-2008

Well, jeez now I feel bad for holding it against him. Oh wait, no I don't. *sighs* I know, I know it's not really his fault but still. Grrr.

Note to David Morse: never read fanfiction. RSL singled out working with David Morse as one of the highlights of his year in his most recent interview. Either it's because RSL was previously a fan (he goes all fanboy about DM in that Fox extra from last year) or it's because DM is one of the few guest stars RSL actually got to have scenes with.

I love David Morse (St. Elsewhere), but I could not watch the scenes where he was mean to House.

idonmatrix- 03-12-2008

Didn't RSL say onetime that he used to watch St. Elsewhere when the other kids would be hanging out?

Chipmunk_love- 03-12-2008

Didn't RSL say onetime that he used to watch St. Elsewhere when the other kids would be hanging out? I really wouldn't put it past him to do such a thing. It seems within his normal behavioral pattern.

I think that might have been in the Fox site video extra but strangely enough, they appear to have taken that video (of Hugh, David Morse and RSL all taking about his guest appearance) down, although the older vids are all still up.

Chipmunk_love- 03-14-2008

Yahoo! may have the videos. They have a lot of the older interviews as well.

I put that clip up here. I think it's the clip you're talking about :)
