We got married almost two years ago, I'm 31 years old and I love me some Ho-Yay. I also like to whine :wink: I suck at writing about myself like this lol

Hi, I'm hwshipper and after months of lurking on TWOP reading my way through every post on the HoYay and fanfic threads, I finally got round to registering there just as it all went to hell in a handbasket - so am delighted to be in here at the start this time! I'm British, female, turn 33 in a couple of weeks time, live in London. I work full time & do a part-time PhD, and still manage to spend an absurd amount of time reading (& writing) H/W fic. And in case you haven't guessed from my username, I love House/Wilson to bits.

Hi, I'm daisylily (or DL if you don't feel like typing all that). I was twoflowers on TWoP, not that I posted much - I intend to post much more on here. I live in the UK, in Oxfordshire, and I love House and Wilson. I am one of the oldies - I am 42. However, my maturity level is more like 12... I beta for Dee, and write a few fics of my own, which are usually cracky.

Good Morning, Luvs! I am RNwannabe. (well, actually, not anymore, as I passed my boards yesterday and am now a REGISTERED NURSE!!!!! YAY!!!!! Forty something, hadn't watched much prime-time television in years (except for The Sopranos) until I found House. And fell in love with House. And then Wilson. And then House/Wilson (does anyone NOT see the love??) It was while searching for House related things online that I discovered the worlds of fanfic, slash and LJ. And thus was born a new obsession. HoYAY!!

Hey everyone I'm probably the only person here that's actually 'new'. I never spent any time on TWOP because, well, it was a bit scary. It was so huge, and it seemed like you had to spend hours studying the language and customs first. Then when I got active in other areas of fandom and occasionally heard stories...I spend a lot of time on the house_wilson comm at LJ and that's where I heard about h_us_w and that's where I heard about this forum. I figured maybe if I got in at the beginning, I wouldn't have to take a course later on. I turned 23 a couple of weeks ago and while I've only been into slash for a couple of years, I started reading fanfiction when I was 11 and have obsessed over a couple of fandoms in my time. They only started showing House here in Belgium last summer but I recognised the HoYay right away and um, 'somehow' I got caught up in time for season 3 and am now eagerly awaiting season 4 with you. Anyway, I'm going to stop talking now. I'm sure we'll get to know each other in time. And don't hesitate to tell me if I do something that is 'not-done' on a forum like this, I'm a newbie to forum-fandom.

OH HAI GUYS! I'm radiosweetheart just about everywhere but LJ where I am toolazytowork (but not too lazy to want to send anger rays at the never updating bastard who got to my screen name first). I live with Coupland the TV watching dog and Al the vicious kitten in one of Cashville's less cool 'hoods. My hope is that I am pre-dating the cool, so in a few years I'll be able to say: "Sure, it's nice NOW-but I can remember a time..." I'm 30 and only slightly cooler than Dwayne Dibbley.* (I no longer carry around my thermos everywhere I go.) I write the occasional fanfic but mostly I just think of these ideas that I think would be fun, then I get distracted by a shiny object and don't write down the idea and I forget why I thought it would be interesting and it never gets written. This is probably for the best. I love talking about myself and could go on and on-but I won't because that would be annoying. *If you get that reference, I love you.

Hey everyone - I'm Lola. Better known in these parts as FFFAW (or Fiddy) Let's see... I'm almost 45, and live in New York City with the feline version of James Bond (named Max) and I'm in the process of rescuing a stray who I have named Jack in honor of Captain Harkness. I'm also getting ready to move house. I will whine about this alot in the coming month. I just want to be settled and unpacked before Season 4 starts. Is that too much to ask? In my spare time, I enjoy inciting people to overthrow facist message boards, long walks in the rain, puppies, kittens and spanakopita. Vive le HoYay!

Hi all. Nice place you've got here. Reminds me of the good ol' days when X-Files fandom was on messageboards and people walked eight miles uphill in a blizzard to get to school. Hi there! I'm AlissaM on TWoP and alissa on LJ. I'm mostly a lurker in fandom, but every now and then I will get involved. I'm really unhappy with what the TWoP forums are becoming, so I was really glad to hear about this forum! I'm 27, live in New Mexico, and am a full time employee and part time student. I write a little fanfic, read a lot more. I've been a fan of House since about halfway through the second season and I'm really looking forward to S4. Nice to meet you all :)
