As stated before somewhere, each of the Super 6 has had an illness/problem realting to their specialty...Except for Chase and Wilson Couldn't depression be called a side effect of Wilson's specialty, that is, an oncologist would be more prone to it? As for Chase, well he IS dating Cameron (sorry, I couldn't help it).

From the House/Wilson friendship thread: Laughing and eating Chinese food on Christmas Eve with Wilson House. (peeking in for a moment) OK -- bear with me while I get to my point .... I was at the Springsteen concert last night, and Bruce and Little Steven did that thing they do, where they lean in very close to each other and sing ... I was watching the screen at that time, and they were smiling at each other, and really enjoying each other, as they so often do on stage, and I really should have been fist-pumping and singing along and dancing with my son, but instead I was overwhelmed with this: This is what should be with House and Wilson. That feeling of a close, long-term friendship between two men who really know each other, care about each other, enjoy each other ... the friendship that was so regularly seen thru Seasons 1 & 2 .... like that ending scene in DIYD ... I missed that all thru Season 3 ... I want to see more of that .... I am tired of manipulative Wilson, and I spent much of Season 3 annoyed with him. In Season 4 I want to see a return to the friendship that was portrayed in the first 2 Seasons. I realize these characters have evolved, and Season 3 brought us reveals about both of them. I would love for the writers to incorporate those reveals into what was already a friendship that was quite compelling to watch. 3 shows in and I get a sense that there is a slight return to the House/Wilson friendship of old (although I thought the guitar-napping, which started off as cute and fun, ended up rather cruel -- cruel Wilson I do not like). Much more I'd like to see in Season 4 -- much of it involving Foreman walking out the door never to return (won't happen, but one can dream) ... but that's for another time....

Recall that RSL said that his relationship with House would be a different thing. I think what we saw with the guitarnapping is that Wilson can be just as cruel and heartless as House. S3 Wilson would have angrily but quietly sighed to himself when he realized House had manipulated him once again. But S4 Wilson confronts, challenges, and gets even. I too want to see the House/Wilson relationship beyond the pranking to the loving but I think the writers have to build to that. The first step is to understand how the Tritter debacle changed who they each were and how they relate to each other now. House hasn't changed much but maybe that's the point. Maybe because he loves Wilson so much, he will learn to treat him the way he really feels about him. And as for 4man - WORD. WORD. WORD.

I want foreman to get a job in another country and Chase to get an actual storyline and more than 85 seconds of screentime an ep. Yeah. Dreaming much?

I want to see Wilson's and Chase's assertiveness keep progressing, I'm just so proud of them. After basically being trampled on last year it's nice to see them fighting back. And yeah, give Chase something to do, there's so much potential there and yet they insist on wasting screentime on Foreman. I don't especially dislike Foreman but Chase is far and away more interesting.

Total Word LMC. Interesting that one of the key moments when they both begin to take a stand is practically the only one they have ever shared, Chase getting punched by House and Wilson recognizing it. From that point on the two of them began to slowly change the way they handled things. I can't imagine what else they have to say to us about Foreman, unless its going to be some battle for his soul and how he'll ultimately be able to reject his House-like qualities...BAH

I'd like to see a more in depth study on Wilson, Cuddy, Chase ... heck, even Cameron! ... but no more Foreman front and center, please. It's all been said, more than needs to be. A Wilson arc? Bring it on ... A Chase arc? Bring it on ...

I could swear I read a post about Wilson's LLB being a patient at PPTH... Am I imagining things now? :shock: Actually I think it will be more interesting to know the brother that House knows and through him to get more information about the House/Wilson relationship. But I'm very easy to please and any episode with lots of Wilson is a must see in my book. So bring it on any Wilson's relative :wink:

What I want is just something good on the 30th. It's my Birthday, and I want Chase dammit! I deserve to have lots and lots of Chase screen time on my Birthday! Ok I really want House and Chase to make out, but I'll settle for Chase having more then 2 minutes of screen time.
